Rude, just plain rude. Not just one, but all. Would never go back here again. Will make sure everyone I talk to, knows that this place is a disgrace. To bad that Mercy's name is on it, because they are not part of Mercy. This is what the office manager told me.

I recommend Mercy -GoHealth Urgent Care by the AT&T store in Pinnacle Hills. I didn’t have to wait long and the nurse practitioner called in an antibiotic for me and I am feeling much better now.

The nurse and doctor were friendly and efficient!! My care and treatment were explained very well. Mercy Urgent Care is the BEST! AND, my doctor gets the info in my records. WIN, WIN!

Everyone was very kind and professional and Stephanie I believe her name was the nurse I had such patience and the doctor was awesome you can tell he cares about his patients and he listens and ask if you have any questions

Dr Christy Berry and staff were very professional, kind , helpful and .procedures were explained .I came in with pain and left with relief of pain. I would certainly go there again.

Even though there were no appointments available we were able to get in via walk in. It didn't take as long to get seen as they said it would and the doctor was kind and thorough.

Saved my spot ahead of time for noon and ended up waiting for 2 hours to even get called back. Once I was back in the room I waited and additional hour and a half. I would’ve left but they make you pay ahead of time so you’re forced to wait. If you do have to come here for whatever reason make sure you have nothing else going on for the day.

Don’t bother going. The medical staff is there to take your money and that’s about it. I came in with an infection that had lasted over a week. They did not prescribe anything and told me to go home. Called my GPs office and had an antibiotic in less than an hour.
