Sciatica was ruining my life. After exhausting all options was referred to Dr. Jones..not only is he a great surgeon, but also has a high threshold for tolerating annoying patients such as myself. I had surgery on an urgent basis, so I couldn't choose my surgeon. I am very satisfied with him. He explained his clinical decisions thoroughly, listened yo my questions. Recovery from a fractured hip isn't easy, but he was available whenever I needed. I am an RN, so I have a special perspective!

i am 73 yr male who had major spine operation performed by dr jones. recently moved here from des moines iowa which i had a well highly well know and respected back surgeon gave me my first opinion on what needed to be done on my not so well back. decided to take a chance on dr jones so i could rehab here at home in bella vista .. no regrets so far with the mercy staff and dr jones.

1st had hopes, then was rushed through my appt. And after comments "typical for man your age" and "can pull people off the street and X-ray/MRI will show spine problem but doesn't mean they are in pain!" Like I wanted to be forced out of a 60k job. Or cry it hurts so bad! Just another corporate DR with no personal care. Feed up with Mercy! By now the cost of these appt for two plus years. They could have operated to at least fix the herniated disc. No wonder high rate of suicides chronic patient
