Very professional, patient, understanding, listen to patient needs, provide comfort and full understanding of all my medical questions and/or concerns. I felt he made me first priority in office visits and hospital stay. Will highly recommend.

Dr Menendez and his staff are very professional and knowledgeable. I was there with a family member who had a cancer diagnosis. He answered all of our questions before and after surgery. My family member has been pleased with Dr Menendez.

His staff members were all kind and professional. He himself was open and honest as well as kind and professional to me. Outside of the pandemic I dont know how the place would be but this visit was my first and it was very quiet.

Dr. Menendez is an awesome doctor. He has taken the time to answer all of my questions no matters what they were. On my first appointment with him to see what my risk was for breast because of family history he explained everything and gave me my risk. At that appointment we decided to go ahead with the surgery due to my high risk. He explained how the process worked and what would happen in detail. He came saw me in pre op also when I was awake in the room. When I had to call the on call because I had a question I found out he answers his own calls; he called me back n put me at ease. When you are going through something like this it is always best to have a doctor put you at ease. If he need a breast specialist this is the best doctor in my opinion to go to.

I highly recommend Dr. Menendez as a breast oncologist. When I was diagnosed in Sept. 2019 I knew I wanted a breast oncologist instead of a general surgeon. As I started asking for recommendations, Dr. Menendez' name was always mentioned from both patients and members of medical community. His staff was welcoming and caring and during the appointments there was no rush. He answered all of my questions. Dr. Menendez installed my port and did my double mastectomy. His bedside manner was impeccable. I did consider reconstruction but chose to have an aesthetic flat closure. I am pleased with the outcome of my surgery: the removal of my tumor and nodes, and my appearance. I highly recommend Dr. Menendez and am so grateful he practices in Northwest Arkansas.

Menendez is compassionate and gave me the knowledge to feel confident in my next steps in surgery. My recovery was easy too. He is the best in our area!!

Dr Menendez is the BEST. He treated my mom for BC and we loved him from the start. He took his time explaining everything and made sure she was well informed and educated on her options. He supported her decisions and answered any and all questions. Her experience was outstanding! She couldn’t have been happier with this surgeon.

The journey from the diagnosis of cancer to resolution can be a very challenging experience, to say the least. Dr. Menendez & his staff definitely played a significant part in helping to make my experience a lot more positive.
