Dimitry Alexander Fomin's Online Review Report Card

Unfortunately I didn't even get to see Dr. Fomin, so this is on a critism of his medical coverage but instead of his staffs poor customer service and how it's they conduct his business and treat his customers is a direct reflection and can certainly impact his business/practice and reputation. Dr. Fomin, I highly recommend you train and teach your front desk staff that customer service is key even in a doctors office, without patients or less patients due to poor office reputation it will impact your business/practice. Patients have options and will exercise those options if treated disrespectfully. From the moment I walked up to the clinic desk I was treated as if my time and efforts to get to your office wasn't important, and the fact that I only arrived 8 minutes BEFORE my appointment time was not satisfactory and that I only had 8 minutes to complete my new patient paper work or I wasn't going to be seen. What, not an acceptable way to great a patient, new or existing.

Avoid this doctor! He is rude and unprofessional and he must be paid by a cpap company to push the wrong thing on you and doesn’t listen and even told me if I didn’t use the cpap that he would have to cut a hole in my throat for me to be able to sleep normally at night. He is terrible

Today I fired him as a Dr who will be treating me. I found him to be an arrogant jerk. I highly doubt his ability to put aside his arrogance and treat me. Mercy should be ashamed of having such a doctor employed with them. He made no effort to help, care or resolve my problem.

Dr. Fomin cares for my disabled son and we have had a great experience. He is very patient and kind.

Several consultations on Dr. Fomins time. His care and connection to his Patients is unparalleled. His body of work is an incredible asset to understanding neurology.

I had the worst experience I have ever had with Dr. Fomin and Courtney. Dr. Fomin has zero bedside manner. He and Courtney both act as if they are just herding people through. They did not listen to anything I had to say and offered no help whatsoever. I am also a practitioner and how you treat your patients speaks volumes about your character and your ability to treat patients. I will never darken the door of this office again and I am spreading the word that this place is an absolute waste of time. There are way too many good physicians in this area to ever settle for these two. Absolutely deplorable.

I was extremely happy with my visit to see Dr. Fomin. He was very patient, very detailed, and thoroughly discussed multiple options of treatment with me. I would highly recommend seeing this doctor.

I have been on a cpap for over 13 years. I needed new supplies; had a sleep study done by this facility; the test was horrible; hooked up to so many wires, even in my hair and neck, nose, full body, legs, box that held wires very heavy; could not go to sleep; never went into a deep sleep, which is where my problem is; I stop breathing when I go into a deep sleep. Horrible night; test results stopped my medicare for cpap.

My sleep test was horrible. I was hooked up to wires from my head, in my hair on my body and my legs, box that held wires was very heavy; I could not move, much less sleep; I never did go into a deep sleep. My sleep problem is that I quit breathing when I fall into a deep sleep. So, now I have a bad reading and my medicare for my supplies is cut off. This was a horrible experience and failed me completely. I have been on a cpap for over 13 years and due to this faulty test, I can't get my cpap supplies. I do not believe I have had sleep apena for over 13 years, and now I am cured at age 76. Do not recommend this facility.
