I am trying to use my mercy app but it is saying "oops a encountered a problem" I have tried to use it several times today. I want to leave a request for Dr. Eddy. I used an old hydrocodone to help with the shoulder pain and knee pain I am having. I go back to Dr. Kaylor on July 26th. I am hoping to get a moderate dose to help me while I am on vacation. I leave on the 9th.

Dr Eddy is a very thorough, thoughtful, &knowledgeable Doctor. He has been taking care of me for a little over 4 yrs & has always given me 100% of his attention during my appointments! I am thankful to be his patient.
