Picked up the slack when another doctor in his practice dropped the ball and said Other doctor was honestly the rudest I’ve ever been to in my life. Spent less than five minutes of me after waiting an hour to see him and paying $200. Dr. Mackey heard what happened and had his nurse call me within minutes of leaving facility and asked me to come back to the office so he can treat me properly. Went above and beyond anything I would ever expect. Office staff was great and responsive as well.

Mackey was very thorough and really took his time for my concerns and explaining. He picked up the slack from another provider in the office who provided extremely poor care. I had left and Mackey Heard about what happened and had his nurse call me within about 7 min of leaving and asked me to come back in so that he could treat me properly for no addl’ charge. Reviewed labs, developed course of treatment. He really went above and beyond and Dr. Mackey, if you read this thank you very much

Do not see Dr Mackey. He is not truthful with your prognosis. He didn't explain the best possible options. We made a bad choice of care and he didn't explain or try to stop the decision. My loved one died after one round of chemo unexpectedly and no one from the office would return our call.

Last review must have had other problems. My wife is on her second round of cancer. We are ecstatic that we wound up with Dr. Mackey as my wife's primary oncologist. Having gone through multiple hospital trips, he was never more than a couple of hours away when she was admitted and was there every day. Great Dr. as is Dr. Echt and Dr. Desarri (spelling might be off)
