Worst place to go in NWA. Mercy should be broken up to create more options and competition.
I’ve used this office since I was pregnant with my daughter two years ago. During my pregnancy it was great, I loved my doctor and loved our nurse. When my daughter was born, there was so much miscommunication with feeding, as well as meeting with a lactation specialist. Before we left to take baby home, I was told one would come in and meet with me. One never came, and they told me I’d have to call them and schedule and appointment. Fast forward to a few months/years later, it is almost impossible to schedule an appointment for her. So much so that we’ve had so many visits to children’s hospital to find out she has rhino virus, croup, covid, etc. If I needed to schedule her an appointment, there would only be appointments months in advance, but would have to try and schedule her an appointment with someone that’s not even her doctor. The last straw that really made me want to find her and I a new doctor was when I went in for my own appointment with my doctor that also happens to be hers and was told she no longer takes my insurance. I was visibly upset because I had taken off of work to come to the doctor, and nobody thought to call me in advance and let me know. The front desk women assured me it was fine though, I could pay out of pocket?? I told her I was getting labs and she then changed her mind. Then, last night I messaged my daughters doctor to ask a medical question since appointments are so hard to come by. I was told that her doctor NO LONGER WORKS THERE, and they were sorry for the short notice and advised me to call them to find a new doctor. Moral of the story, if you want quality care that will be quick, accessible, and AVAILABLE, find somewhere else to go.
My opinion the check in lady’s need to be trained a lot better with their greeting skills and as well as acknowledging they work at a hospital .. nittaya specifically needs to be retrained super Incompetent
I'd give a lower rating if I could.... What is so sad is I used to work here before they moved to the plaza. Since the move, they have gone down hill. My son was scheduled for an appointment. They called to cancel for an emergency for the Dr. (Which I get it happens) I called back within 20mins of receiving the message and was told that his appointment time (that was canceled by them) is already filled by another patient.... Wait? What? Why would you cancel our appointment to turn around and give to someone else? That is not right! Terrible way to run a physicians office. Will be transferring out of Mercy systems. I wish this was the first issue, but sadly it's not.
I was admitted into the hospital because of a brown recluse bite that started to turn systematic reaction. I was in such a horrible situation with severe pain and anxiety. This man was an angel. He is very intelligent and candid. He explained out anything i questioned with poise. I was blown away. He is the best doctor i have ever seen and I will always recommend him. I am incredibly grateful.
I’ve been seeing APRN Staci Gathright since 2017 and have felt nothing but pure kindness, care, and compassion each visit. She is excellent - better than most doctors I’ve seen throughout my life and we move often, so I see new doctors for my chronic conditions regularly. The nurses and staff are wonderful here. With each appointment, I’ve only had to wait 15 minutes max to be seen. Would recommend to anybody.
I brought my friend in to Labor and Delivery through the ER due to early contractions and pain. I have never encountered rude nurses in Labor and Delivery before now. But every nurse was rude and snooty. The doctor was the first nice female we met. I wish I had written down all their names, but honestly I hope I never have to deal with them again. I finally just decided to not speak to them to avoid being spoke down to. Worst nurses ever!!
I cannot even call them for appointment. The call drops multiple times
Very friendly and handle the crowds well.
The staff is very friendly. My doctor always listens to my problems and figures out what is wrong. On my mercy app I can send questions and get an answer or a phone call back that same day. I love going to Mercy.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
