We loved Dr. Furlow! She was kind, compassionate and listened to everything! She didn’t blow off my concerns and she didn’t just throw medicine at it. While she did prescribe some medication that will help, she also gave us non-medicine things to try.

My son, Fermin, wroke his left hand fingers during our vacations. We came back on Sunday and on Monday I call the office to asked for an appointment for him. I myself explained on the phone that my son broked three fingers, that he had a temporary cast and that he will need x-ray and probably a new kind of cast. Knowing this they gave us an appointment at 3:20pm. Once at the office they made us whait until 4pm. When finally Doctor Randall arrived, she looked at him, touched his fingertips, asked if he was feeling pain and told us that they can not provide that kind of attention at this clinic 😳. Again, on the phone I explained to the lady who answered what was going on with my son. Dr Randall told us to go to the walk in Orthopedic clinic in Fayetteville. For this advice Northwest Arkansas Pediatrics charged us 92 dollars. I absolutely upset on how to treat us before, during and after our yesterday visit. This is not out first visit to the clinic and my three kids are patiens there. I hope that this was kind of a bad luck day for us, I would hate have to look for a new doctor for the three of them. Just moved to the area and have had 3-4 experiences with NWA pediatrics. The doctors have all been great. If it wasn’t for them I’d be leaving. My first appointment was made and when we arrived was told that they wouldn’t see us bc our insurance cards hadn’t come in the mail yet and they refused to bill me. They wanted the payment that day in cash if I didn’t have the card. So had to reschedule. Then, after one of my sons check ups we had to wait 30 minutes for a nurse to come give shots. Now I get they have charting to do but they knew we were in there waiting. I had a 1 yo and 3 yo in a small room for over an hour. The doctor was more prompt than the nurses. It is also extremely frustrating that they won’t book appointments further than 3 months out. Also, I don’t like that the medical assistants are the ones asking milestone questions and no follow up from the doctor on the questions. Milestones should be asked by the doctor so there can be a professional conversation on them. When they’re asked be the assistants it left me feeling like my child was very far behind.

I love NWA Pediatrics, we used to use Mercy, but NWA Peds is so much more personal and caring. All of the doctors we have seen are nice, Dr. Simmons is our favorite. He really listens to any concerns you have and explains everything.

I felt out appointment was a little rushed and my daughter wasn’t tested for any of the 3 major illnesses that are going around and that she’s been exposed to. The staff were super nice, but we were given a Z pak and told of not better in a couple of days to come back. Well, that won’t treat flu, strep, or Covid. She’s feeling a little better but still has a horrible sore throat!

Very quick and attentive service. The doctor was very nice with my daughter.

Both Dr Livingston and Dr Simmons are amazing. They really listen to your concerns and give great advice. Highly recommend. Also love that this clinic has a walk-in clinic and open on Saturday’s.

We’ve had a great experience here both at our regular scheduled appointments, as well as the walk in clinic! The staff is always so friendly. Definitely recommend!

We took our newborn to see Dr. Thomas for his first visit and everyone was great! From the front desk to the clinic, everyone was so friendly and helpful, as well as patient with us new parents! Dr. Thomas spent time answering any questions we had and was so sweet with our new baby. Highly recommend this practice!
