Dr. Patrick Dickerson sent in the rudest blond headed nurse we have ever experienced. She was taking out her anger on my mother and I due to a “miscommunication” between her and the dr. Involving my mothers care. She was so unprofessional and stormed out of the room after having a major attitude with us. The office manager was no help either and didn’t seem to care about how rude the nurse had been towards us. If she can’t be kind to patients than clearly she is in the wrong field. Neither the nurse nor the office manager introduced themselves/provided a name at any point. Is it not hospital policy that staff is to introduce themselves before providing patient care?? We felt so uncomfortable. I had to ask the office manager if that was her title. For all I knew she was a receptionist.

Questions answered thoroughly and completely while explaining details in procedures and why he took the action and surgery needed.

Dr. Dickerson preformed my ACL Repair surgery and I cannot say enough positive things about him. He answered any and all questions we had, explained both the procedure and MRI in a logical, friendly way, he even checked on both myself and my family before and after surgery. Lastly, my incisions are incredible. It (almost) looks like we didn’t even have surgery! Hopefully I don’t need Dr. Dickerson in the future, but if I do, I will absolutely go to him again.
