I have had nothing but positive experiences with Dr. Kaler. He has been very personable and made me feel comfortable on every visit. He has a great nurse as well. The staff out front is very nice and welcoming and I recommend him to everyone I see. Glad I chose Dr. Kaler and Mercy

Dr. Kaler is a "Jack of all Trades" and master of none! He is mediocre at best and doesn't specialize in anything! I had two surgeries performed by him. One was a total failure that needed to be redone by another competent surgeon. The other one is going to need revision surgery as well because the knee replacement wasn't installed property and will need to be removed and a new one installed properly. He also stretched the skin too far while replacing this knee joint causing several liquid filled blisters! I had a false trust knowing he was in the Mercy System. Big mistake! His failed shoulder surgery required the shoulder to have a reverse shoulder replacement by Mayo Clinic in Minnesota rather than a rotary cuff repair that it originally required leaving me handi capped with that arm.

Dr. Kaler operated on my knee over a year ago. He was professional in all my appointments, pre and post-surgery. I would recommend my Orthopaedic Doctor to anyone. Thank you Dr. Kaler.

I saw doctor kaler once, due to my previous doctor no longer works for mercy But I tell you ,I will never see this doctor again I think my dog pays more attention when I talk to him,than this doctor when was talking to him He was rushing,and not even look at my eyes Not even for 15 second. I guess I just was a number for him .I would not recommend this doctor to anyone..

Dr kalor was short with me and has no compassion heartless and cold. Just because he could not perform my surgery. I wouldn't let him work on my dog. He needs to get real and say whats on his mind instead of having the patient wander what happened for him to rteat someone like they're beneath him. He sucks.

Would have given 0 stars if it had that. Not sure if Dr Kaler is a good doctor or not but the process is atrocious to try to get in for an appointment. The customer service is not friendly at all. I was told he was the best but your process is unreal. Hope it gets better for people that are trying to get help. Have to find someone else to help me..

Lost our business! Wife broke arm/knee cap! Went to Mercy ER. Hospital said to call Kaler's clinic @3 days later. Called them and they said they would call her. 6 days later they called to schedule appointment. Guess our idea of patient with broken bones wasn't same as theirs!!!
