There are no words to describe the absolutely horrific experience my family had at the ER on 2/15/ 2023. My daughter was having an acute mental episode and was suicidal. The beginning of the stay should have been a warning of how this would end. They brought my daughter in by ambulance and my husband followed. He was never made aware of where my daughter was (she is 16 by the way) . They physically restrained her and sedated her without ever bothering to get consent or even let us know she was in distress. The rest of the stay(approximately 12 hours) was spent trying to get her to a mental health facility. There was never any communication, other than my speaking about what facility I had spoken to and where she had been in the past. I was finally made aware transportation was there to take her to Springwoods and I was to meet them there. On the way apparently they called the ambulance to change destination but never called to let me know. My daughter who is in acute mental distress, suicidal and expecting to arrive somewhere she is familiar is now enroute to Northwest, unbeknownst to me. After about 20-30 mins of me on the phone with Metcy trying to find my daughter I arrive at northwest only to find out they do not accept minors. The hospital staff at Northwest are the only reason my daughter is alive. They gave us a room and kept us comfortable at absolutely no cost to us, due to the neglect shown to us by Mercy. I will be following up with legal help to decide what course of action to take next. Please do not take anyone you love or care about to this facility.
This place; from their E.R. all the way down to their sorry excuse for scheduling, is nothing less than a flea circus! They have overstepped the boundary of being corrupt and invasive with this new set of documents; which they expect to be signed by patients this month (Feb. 2023). Read it cautiously people! They sneak in their desires and rights of their third party affiliates to contact you in the ways everyone tries to put a stop to!!! If you signed this, get ready for automated calls, random calls, collection calls, robo-calls, etc.!!!! Also beware of the fact that they side step the "Surprise Billing Law"; which prevents the billing from any contracted 3rd parties and fees being forced on patients, by forcing patients into signing that they allow, are always aware of, and accept it!!! I refuse and am now leaving my primary doctor of 5 years and switching to Northwest this week! Good riddance to this greed, corruption, and below veterinarian grade of medical care.
They took great care of me and my baby. Staff was kind and the lactation consultants were great. My baby boy had lost too much weight cause my milk hadn't came in (Fortunately I caught it just in time) and I had stayed up all night with my son and the nurses offered to watch him while I got some sleep and they even shared personal experiences they had with babies of their own and it made me feel much better. Thank you so much
Fast, friendly, thorough service every time! We drive from Prairie Grove because we love Mercy!
Unfortunately I have suffered 3 heart attacks since 2021. Been admitted into many large hospitals and small alike. Mercy in Rogers by far outshines all the others. I can only leave feedback on what I know and have experienced and after 3 days admission and a heart cath procedure I could not have asked for any treatment or medical skills any better than Mercy! Amazing nurse Hannah and her tech Kris made me feel like family and helped me get through yet another storm! A+++
Thank you to all the staff that worked hard to take care of my husband while he was in the ICU. The second we walked in the ER, we were treated with such good care, and the care continued the whole time we were there. Bless you and thank you to all that were a part of his recovery.
My brother was left in his bed all night with feces that had dried. They were supposed to sign him up for insurance and its been days and it still hasn't been submitted. This is hands down the worst hospital I've ever felt with.
Dana the lactation nurse is absolutely amazing!!!! So helpful, funny and positive!! Appreciate her sooo much.
The care team that treated my spouse were so kind and supportive. The staff on the sixth floor are amazing. Not one complaint can be made by myself. Night nurse Jessica even had the coffee station restocked because I love coffee 14 times a day. My loved one who can have some serious anxiety while in the hospital was so well cared for and comforted. Dr. David and her PA Laurie were wonderful. These ladies are so smart and were very helpful in easing my loved ones stress. We were kept informed of her progress and told about the different routes of care ahead of time so we could prepare. We will definitely return to Mercy for our medical needs.
Came to the ER under suspicion of a heart attack, was never fully told what was happening to me past being told that my enzymes were high. Never told me about the "sinus brach-whatever that theyve apparently on file that I suffer from since 2016-which is a heart beat issue. Had to find that in my mymercy on my own trying to find answers since I wasnt getting them from asking "so what is wrong with me". Marked in my chart as what google says is a heart attack, though I was told it wasnt that, just elevated enzymes. Upon discharge I was given NO medication despite being told I potentially had pneumonia that has caused a mass in my lung. No antibiotics while I was there either unless they put them in my IV while being magically invisible. Was told they were going to restart my thyroid meds yet they were never given to me the 3 days I stayed. Was given a regimen of aspirin and pepcid while there but not instructed to take them at discharge. Gave me the wrong dose of my anxiety medicine. Was also given ZERO instructions for caring for the site in which they did my heart catheter. Had to google that for myself. None of the employees were specifically bad, everyone was nice. I just left feeling just as confused as I went in, but more scared.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
