Dr. Toy, is an amazing physician who truly cares about his patients and does everything in his power to help them in every way possible. Mercy should be truly honored to have him as their Rheumatologist and doctor in general. Highly recommend!! Truly blessed to have him!!

After seeing several Dr’s even one in Ft. Smith, I am so pleased with Dr Toy. He truly listens to me. My condition has some strange symptoms and he is always researching and looking for answers. He is caring and personable. I highly recommend him. His staff is also friendly and efficient.

Dr. Toy is an extremely intelligent physician who keeps current on all medical information. I have a rare condition and I trust Dr. Toy to be on top of things and to take care of my situation proactively. He is very soft-spoken, kind, and respectful. He takes Time with me because my situation requires that. I trust Dr. Toy implicitly and I'm fortunate to have found such a great rheumatologist here in Northwest Arkansas.
