Great doctors, great staff, great communication. Highly recommend.

Friendly staff, good doctors. They'd get a 5-star rating from me if they'd ever answer the phones. Edit: I think they must have altered their robo receptionist, because for the last couple of months I've talked to a real person every time I've called!

I've been going here since I was 18, the staff is very friendly towards my niece and I. If you don't understand something they'll explain it to you in an understandable manner. My number one thing I love about them is, if you go to another clinic like the ER, they will always do a follow up call to ensure you've gotten proper care and have recovered. If you suffer from depression, they seem to actually care and will do everything they can to get you help and reschedule a meeting to see if adjustments are needed.

Dr. Monfee is wonderful and caring doctor!

Started seeing Monfee over a year ago because I was told that he was the best doctor in Russellville, AR. Lab tests Sept 2018 showed stage 3 kidney disease. When asked, "he said I did not have any kidney problems." He would not fill my diabetic, edema, or cholesterol meds, because he did not like them. Jan. 2019 Monfee's in-house labs showed my kidneys were in perfect shape. Really? Finally found new doctor in Oct. 2019 after being terminated for no apparent reason in August, new labs showed I am knocking on the door of stage 4 kidney disease. Monfee's lab test falsely stated results, He refused medications that could have slowed down the progress of kidney failure. I suffered for over a year with UTI's, severe back pain, no medications, only to be terminated for no apparent reason. I would not recommend this doctor for any health care problems. Because when doctors refuse to provide proper care and medications, your life is cut very short.

Friendly staff that are courteous and respectful. Overall a fantastic team of doctors nurses and assistants. The billing staff and reception are very friendly, and with the new option to use their web portal to keep up with your records, prescriptions and overall Wellness is a fantastic tool. They really listen to what is going on with each individual and do their very best to get you the care you need. The office is always clean and orderly, good parking and a nice covered drop off area. Highly recommended.

This used to be a good clinic to go to but now it's not because there phones always stay busy or it'll ring then the fax machine picks up and then the pharmacy will fax for medications and when you call them to ask if they got it they say they never received it.my mom has a heart condition and the heart doctor issued blood work and they havent.sent the heart doctor the results I love dr.monfee and jessica car and Connie to death they work there butt off but something has to be done because some of this stuff is major but can't ever get ahold of them.they say they work hard and care for there patients but I don't see how if you don't answer the patient, or get the faxes from other doctors or pharmacy it's getting out of hand. I understand that they switch to electronic but has nothing to with the doctors themselves it's up front and in my opinion when you need to be seen and it's a emergency problem they need to work them automatically because that's what good doctors do and it's not just us there are a bunch of people and doctor that have complained about them.and that should be enough to work that much harder to fix the problems.
