Dr. Kramer is the only doctor who has relieved my daily back and neck pain. I have gone from quarterly injections to procedures by Dr. Kramer that conceivably will be performed annually. When pain interferes with quality of your life; Dr.Kramer will be attentive to your issues and find the best way to address that pain. Dr. Kramer is a professional and caring doctor who a patient will trust after just one meeting. He’s the best!!

Dr. Kramer is very competent. He listens and ask questions. When I ask a question he gives me an answer I can understand. I have suffered with back pain for years. The treatments I have received from Dr.Kramer have been very successful. Thank you for giving me a better quality of life.

Dr. Kramer has been so thorough, caring, and responsive. He correctly diagnosed my condition right away, and offered treatment that worked to relive the pain. I have recently had an ablation, and am now pain free and am getting my life back. I would recommend him highly.

As a Stroke victum, you expect certain things to happen to your body as you grow older. I have been seeing Doctors at New England Neurological since 1997. With any DR. you come to know and trust pretty quickly. Dr. Kimball was found to be very informed of my past at our first meeting. My wife and I sensed he may have spoken with one or two of my other Drs., so he would be up to date with my status. After our meeting we decided to try a different approach to my back problem. I followed up a month later, and I've been pain free since. I'm able to stand, walk, work in the yard, things I would suffer with before. My previous Injections would last 4 months tops. we are now hoping for results, 12 months.. I belive Dr. Kimballs knowledge of my past medical history played a major part in the direction he took in my treatment. I cannot say enough about Dr. Kimball and his staff, they are professional in every aspect of your care. Please do not hesitate to visit Dr. Kimball /Pain Management.

I was randomly assigned Dr. Kramer last minute when the doctor I was supposed to see for the first time was not available the date of my appt and two previous physicians I had seen at N.E. Neurology were no longer at the practice. I feel very fortunate that I ended up with Dr. Kramer! He actually reviewed my chart before coming in the patient room, knew my previous issues, listened and we talked about a course of pain management for a hip joint that has been excruciatingly painful the past few years. The injection worked phenomenally well, I will never wait five years again (thanks to the pandemic) and my follow up with Dr. Kramer a few weeks later was professional, timely, and enjoyable. I will continue to see him as needed for this issue.

I have been treated by Dr. Kramer for several months. Before starting treatment, I had great difficulty sitting at the dinner table even for a short period of time. I also found it difficult to drive for long periods, having to stop frequently. Since the treatments with Dr. Kramer, I am now capable of eating dinner at the table, and driving for longer periods. My pain level has been greatly reduced. It is due to the professionalism and knowledge of Dr. Kramer that these actions are now possible. Your facility should consider itself fortunate to have Dr. Kramer on their staff. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone who may need his services. He is very easy to talk with about different issues, and puts his patients at ease. If it weren't for Dr. Kramer, I don't think I would be feeling the way that I do today. Thank you Dr. Kramer!

I hurt my back in august and had a L5-S1 bulging disk and sacroiliac joint sprain. I had a radio frequency ablation in November and found immediate relief and pain free for months. Dr Kramer is not like other doctors. He’s caring and listen to his patients and gets the job done even when the pain is so bad. Dr.Kramer and his staff at Northeast rehab in salem are professional and phenomenal in every way. I am back to work and pain-free and finally feeling like I have my quality life back. I highly recommend Dr. Kramer and his staff to anyone with who needs exceptional pain management.

I went to Dr. Kramer in December of 2021 for severe chronic pain in my lower right side back caused by arthritis. Dr. Kramer performed a procedure called an Ablation. He was very thorough and caring throughout the whole procedure. I haven’t had that pain since and it will be three months in a week. I would recommend Dr. Kramer to anyone with pain issues.

Dr. Kramer is a wonderful physician. He is truly concerned with my welfare and has left the door open for me to call him if I am in need . He explained the whole procedure to me before and during giving me my injection. The staff/nurses are truly competent and caring. I intend to carry on with him as my "go to" for back pain.
