Dr Rivera never spoke to me or called my wife after surgery …didn’t call until 3 days later.I I was pushed out of MGH Danvers in one hour ,even after complaining of feeling groggy .I got home and had severe pain….Will never use this surgeon or this hospital in DANVERS agin

So far so good. The long wait for a procedure is worth it. The practice has a lot of patients. In the group his staff considers him the best. Very thorough. Humble. Good bedside manner. They have a driver to pick you up-use Luis only--if you need a ride after a procedure.

Terrible. I was excited to hear that MGH surgeons were coming to the North Shore but I had an awful experience with Dr. Rivera. I waited for nearly an hour without an update. When I finally got in to see him there was no apology and he actually rushed me through my visit. Once he realized that I was not going to need an operation it was clear that he had no further interest in me. If this is the type of doctor that represents MGH on the North Shore, my family and I will be going elsewhere.

Awful experience. Rushed. He seemed annoyed by my questions and when I had a post-operative problem he blew it off. I wish I could rate him lower.

There should be Five-Stars for this doctor! I loved Dr. Jaime Rivera and so did my family. Dr. Rivera is a very kind doctor who is not in any hurry. He took the time to explain my results with my adult children after my procedure in the hospital and then again later in my hospital room. He even drew them a picture and explained, in detail. I have recommended this doctor to my daughter-in-law and will recommend him to others.
