They are backlogged to August making calls for appointments. As I was just informed by them... It is MY responsibility to call and make an appointment. Next time I will explore other options for imaging and suggest that you may find others that have some degree of etiquette. My Chart has a very obscure location where 'letters' (referalls) are hidden. Good health care does depend on luck.

Clean. Friendly. Courteous. Comfortable. Been in business for awhile.....so I would say trusted as well. Thank you for your service to our community. One issue...not so user friendly door getting out of mammography changing area for wheelchair folks. Sorry but it is a simple matter of the door being held open somehow hands free. Thank you again for your dedication to our health.

I have always had such good interactions here. Professional & respectful. This particular round felt taxing but then I found Kathy in scheduling. She heard my issues & promptly went to work. Kathy went way above & beyond to clear up the insurance confusion AND get me scheduled just before my coverage shifted. Seriously a miracle worker & I'm so appreciative!!

What has happened to Salem Radiology? This is the first time in years I did not receive a reminder about my yearly appointment. When calling .. I was told my doctor hadn’t sent an order. Yes, she sent three orders … after I had to call they found the orders. They were still in the fax machine. So then I waited for thirty minutes to make appointment! At the end of a frustrating thirty minutes I was told to call back. The next day I called I was on hold for forty five minute and again told to call back! This is terrible customer service! Still with no appointment! The answering system needs work! Help! I’m confused at the customer service… Salem Radiology saved my life in 2017…

Nice and friendly staff that managed to make a MRI scan a non-event. No wait time even though I was 20 minutes early.

Quick in and out. Very nice and proficient. Fast and quick, barely any pain. Healed up very quickly, no pain. Whoo Hoo. (Was in pain for over a month). Yeah!

I was in for my first mammogram yesterday and it was wonderful, wierd right?! Lol I was comfortable both physically and emotionally which means the world to me because I'm treated for anxiety and have a "thing" about people touching me. I don't remember what the lady's name was but she was so great, nice and cheerful, she explained what was happening in a way that distracted me from what was going on and she made all the difference, very very good at her job! Thank you!

Incredibly rude billing staff who enjoy talking down to people returning a missed call. In the less than 2 minute call I had with Linda she interrupted me and was disrespectful to me. Not a good look to hang up on customers who thanked you and politely said goodbye.
