Fast Covid test and they found something else that needed to be taken care of. Good and easy experience!
Quiet, unfriendly staff. We were there bright and early. Not even so much as a “good morning” from anyone except for the physician. He was super nice and personable! Facility is also very beautiful, well kept and there’s a fully stocked Keurig coffee bar in the waiting room.
I made my appointment online, waited less than 5 minutes, was seen by very professional, nice and caring folks and was back home within 45 minutes of my appointment time. GREAT experience!
Everyone was friendly and caring as always. I love that I can schedule my appointment and complete all the necessary paperwork through the app. Visit was quick (like always) and the doctor seemed to genuinely care and took the time to listen. I love this clinic!
supposed to be open until 8 pm but was closed at 5:40 pm on a thursday evening.
Super Fast ! Nurse was very sweet and DR. trey was very nice as well. My kids also enjoyed the grinch movie and meeting the grinch.
Came in for a deep cut to make sure it didn't get infected. Told me to soak my cut in iodine while I wait for the doctor. If I didn't know any better I would have been soaking my hand in iodine for half an hour. I'll just figure it out myself I guess 🤷🏻♀️
I can’t say enough about Ms. Jessica!!!! AllThe staff was amazing. I will definitely recommend you all. You took healthcare to a whole new level. To find someone that actually cares and listens to you. This is the place to be!!!!#1 in my book
After experiencing upper respiratory symptoms (coughing, shortness of breath, chest pain), I visited Health Care Express in Sherwood, AR on Saturday, 11/20/21. I was seen by a PA/physician’s assistant. I immediately explained that I get sick like this each year around the same time and was usually prescribed a z-pack antibiotic, which has always been effective. The PA ignored this and proceeded to check my RT ear. He said, “oh wow…you have a really bad ear infection…that must be painful!” To this I replied, “really?” because I complained of no ear pain. He said my left ear looked fine. He then very quickly “listened” to my chest without asking me to inhale/exhale. He said, “your lungs sound clear.” I asked if he was sure, because I could hear myself wheezing! He said I more than likely had a virus and it would “just have to run it’s course because a z-pack wouldn’t help”. He said he would also prescribe an inhaler to help me breathe (but said my lungs were clear). I told him that every year I’m told it’s viral, but a z-pack has always worked within a couple of days. He said he wouldn’t prescribe a z-pack but would prescribe Amoxicillin for the ear infection. I asked if the Amoxicillin would help my other symptoms he said, no it would only take care of the ear infection. He then left the room. Later the assistant’s assistant returned with 4 prescriptions - antibiotic…again for the ear infection, an inhaler, prescription Mucinex , and Magic Mouth…this wasn’t discussed and I had no idea what it was. The assistant’s assistant said it was for “pain in my throat”, which again I didn’t complain about.Needless to say, I continued to get progressively worse, with the addition of severe pain in my rib cage. On Monday morning 11/22/21, I went to see my regular PCP for a second opinion. Upon examination, my doctor determined I had no traces of any infection in my left ear…both ears “looked great”. When asked to inhale/exhale, my doctor immediately ordered a chest X-ray because “your left lung sounds horrible!” It was determined I have bronchitis and pleurisy. And guess what? He prescribed a z-pack (and steroid). He discontinued the Amoxicillin (which by now had given me a side effect of diarrhea) and the unnecessary Magic Mouth - which wasn’t even covered by my insurance😡!!! I have never been so misdiagnosed in my life. The PA had no regard for my concerns and illness history and did a piss poor job of examining me. Pleurisy can be mild or life threatening, if left untreated, so I’m really glad my doctor caught it. I am now out of $75 in co-pay and unnecessary medications. I think this PA needs more training or a career change.
Wait time is absurd, even with an appointment you will wait over an hour. And don’t think about asking receptionist a wait time, she’ll shut her glass window in your face giving the nastiest look.Nurse and provider were nice though. This is the 3rd time this happening at this location.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
