Dr.Huckabee is the sweetest kindest woman she is a very thorough Dr. I give this place 5 Stars an I will recommend to family and friends!
Great job at getting objects out of eyes.
They were quick. Safe, through and very reasonable.
I would give no stars if I could. The Dr. is fantastic and I truly like him specially for me whose vision is nothing but horrible. However, I will never return to them again, I have even referred them to family and friends. I have seen them before and I cannot believe the difference on how I was treated this time and the prior times I have been. The staff was very unprofessional and did not have anything together. Now I now sometimes you have a bad day but the whole staff each person was not having a great day. It has been a month and a half since I saw the doctor and ordered my glasses and I will be requesting a refund.
They do pretty well. They are quick as they can to get your glasses or/and contacts in for you so you can see
Very good.
Very pleased with the care and concerns I have received over many years even on short notice. Great selection of glasses. The staff is always friendly and attentive. Thank you kindly, Don Harris
You go to a doctor...any doctor...hoping they have a good bedside manner, ESPECIALLY when it comes to kids. Dr. Burks is HORRIBLE with children. If you have children, do not take them to see this doctor. He is cold, unsympathetic, insensitive, and uncaring. My child was scared to begin with, being young and not having been to the eye doctor a whole lot. He strong armed my child, said to stop crying and get over it, and was absolutely heartless.
Then rather then telling my child what he was going to do next, he grabs my child's eye and tries to force drops in the eye. When my child freaks out and cries and won't let him do the other eye. He strong arms my child and holds my child's head up against the headrest and tries to pry my child's eyelid open to get the drops in and does nothing to comfort my child. I know they're just eyedrops, but you can't spring junk like that on a young child who has not experienced this a whole lot and is OBVIOUSLY uneasy about the whole exam process. Then he has the gall to say to my child that there was no reason to cry, my child was making a big deal out of nothing, and to just knock it off so he can get it done already. He's a horrible doctor. Absolutely horrible. The more I recount the whole experience, the angrier I get. I went to him because of the raving reviews. Apparently, none of these people took a child to see him because I've never seen such a heartless human being in my life in healthcare towards kids. The reason I gave this place 1 star is because the nurse that took care of us beforehand was super AWESOME. She really relaxed my child and was so friendly. The doctor himself gets zero stars, but his great nurse got him that 1 star. She rocked.
He is very hands on and consistent with his treatments. Follow-usp are exact and to the point.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
