Very unprofessional my last appointment here with them they had me wait in my vehicle for 40 mins before they could even bring me in with my baby and of course my vehicle was on the entire time sense it was super hot and I have a newborn in my vehicle that’s gas that they don’t pay for on a V8 !!!! Also being gas is beyond expensive right now !!! also I did arrive early 15 mins before my appointment how they always mentioned it be best to arrive and check in of course then it took another hour to be helped and for them to be coming in and out of the room for something that could have taken 20 mins max absolutely ridiculous service today was my last straw with them mind you I do drive an hour to get to this place I should have taken the reviews more seriously instead of thinking oh no maybe the reviews are wrong let me give them a chance today I had to take my sister to college and sign important documents I called in advice to tell them I refuse to wait 40 mins in my vehicle again I expect to be help around my appointment time and the front desk was going back and forward with me how they could try to take less time but it would most likely was not going to happen I drove off and will never return to this place I hope this review helps other parents not waste there time also when i would call to schedule appointments with them it would take 2 weeks later for my baby to be seen I found another pediatrician and my baby will be help tomorrow morning !!! There’s always better choices don’t settle for less !!!

Dr. Fangmeier is patient, kind, knowledgeable, and great with my child. My child has been going to her since birth and I'm very pleased with the service. They do well while administering the shots/vaccines and are very mindful of the child. They are always eager to help and will answer any questions you may have. Right now you have to call while in the parking lot to check in. They will ask you screening questions and questions pertaining to your child. They will let you know after the conversation to meet them at the door or that they'll call you back when ready to meet you at the door. I personally never had a long wait time and the appointments went smoothly.

We waited almost 2 hours. This place is ridiculous. We also called yesterday with a concern and we never received a call back. Find another pediatrician.

Expect to wait up to 3-4 hours every appointment. Its ridiculous.

When my daughter was born, she had just barely acceptable levels of jaundice to go home. When she got home, they begin to rise fiercely and Dr. Fangmeier and her staff treated it as if it was of the least importance. They sent Billy Reuben lights home with me to lay my newborn inside of a very uncomfortable box instead of treating her at the hospital when she was born. She showed me that she only cares about her pay check and not her patients.

Very rude. From the time I walked in until I left no one smiled at me or was nice. Will be going back to my old pediatrician.

I’ve seen Dr Fangmeier several times with my third child and she has always been kind, gentle, and informative. She’s a good listener and doesn’t seem to hurry through appointments like some doctors—she takes her time. The clinic she works from has a tired and dated interior, but Dr. Fangmeier herself is great and keeps me coming back.

If you are looking for a knowledgeable pediatrician that takes time with your child than look no further. She is very thorough and has always answered all my questions at each visit.

She ignored my fiance about our son and her concerns about him. She barley examined him and, she gave him shots after being told time and time again that our son was sick. He ended up with double ear infection, pink eye in both eyes, and strep throat.. We're highly upset and disappointed.
