Asks you to come in 15 mins early just to wait 2 hours before being seen. Might as well cancel your plans for the day and don’t expect to go back to work after because appointment time is very flexible. Would much rather be asked to come in later!

Very kind and patient, enthusiastic about his job, and so easy to talk to. I dont feel like my son is a number when we see dr Cole.

Dr. Cole is the absolute BEST doctor they have there. He has been ny sons Dr for 8 years and I cannot recommend him highly enough. He deserves more than 5 stars. Lindsey also. She is very knowledgeable and personable. I cannot say the same for the other doctors. If my kids' appointments aren't emergent, I will wait the extra time for Dr Cole bc he is incredible! Dr. Karoush has to be one of the worst at this clinic. My appointment was at 8:15 and at 9:20 she still had not arrived at the clinic. Apparently this happens all the time. I will never schedule an appointment with this woman again. She is very disrespectful of other's time.

Expect to wait up to 3-4hrs every appointment. Its ridiculous.

Shout out to sager creek pediatrics for stying open late to see baby’s so they aren’t exposed during the day with a lot of people👏👏👏 as a mother of a 2 week old this has been very accommodating

Dr Cole is an amazing doctor he listens to you,and answers all your questions. My daughter has had him for 3 yrs. Sager creek is a great place
