He's a great surgeon but when needing to talk to him about a visit to get more detail information on my visit all I got was his nurse tried for three days to talk to him and got nowhere

Very friendly and efficient office staff, M.A's. Etc. Doctor Schiefelbein is Friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to address any questions or concerns. They all make you feel welcome and like you are a priority. Highly recommend.
