List of Gohealth Urgent Care's Reviews
My little guy had a deep laceration on his head and they were able to get him in straight away and immediately starting working on him. They were friendly upon arrival as well as made the process stress free and super quick and we were in and out within 30 minutes all fixed up.
I did this idk what happened 2 it. I love the folks there. Very knowledgeable caring. I wouldnt want 2 go anywhere else. Professional courteous thorough. I love em 2 death. Or till death😂❤️🙏
I went in for a sinus infection and upper respiratory infection and they ran a Covid test. Turns out the Covid test is not covered in their contract with the insurance companies and so they charged $75 for the Covid test without informing me in advance it was selfpay. I didn’t have Covid. They were just looking to make $. I have good insurance that would have provided free Covid testing elsewhere. To me this is shady business practices. I will not be going back. I was unable to send an email to the one listed below. It bounced back. I found another contact us option and submitted the information in that manner instead.
Everyone at the clinic was super nice.Loved the provider on call. My 5yearold did too.I left my yeti cup there though... I tried to call So I could make sure no one tossed it and all I could get was a computer and not even one that could direct me to the actual clinic. So I guess Im just rating the company overall... This isnt the first time its happened to me. Every time I call a mercy clinic this happens. They should probably fix their phone system...
I always have a good experience here. Its clean and the staff is friendly. I bring my children here when they are sick on the weekends. The staff is attentive and helpful. Not sure why there are so many bad reviews.
Updating with my response. Took my 2 year old to the springdale location today. She has been throwing up for a week. Hasnt been eating or drinking. She didnt look at my child at all. Not even to see if she was dehydrated. She was in the room maybe 1 minute said they cant help her. All they could do is give zofran. I told them shes been on zofran all week and its not helping. Said thats all they could recommend. Wasted time and would not recommend this clinic to anyone.
Someone in my class tested positive for COVID. Apparently a virtual visit is required for a covid test even if I have direct protocol from my college to get a test before returning to campus. I arrived to the virtual waiting room early and waited for an hour and no one showed up. I waited as long as I could because I can’t sit and wait for them all day I had to leave the “visit” to attend class. I now will be putting others at risk because I was not provided any kind of help. If I had not wasted all this time on mercy urgent care I possibly would’ve been able to receive a test or at least any kind of information. Also I called the physical location 3 times which never picks up and says their voicemail is “unavailable” how professional…
Nurse or whoever drew my blood literally took a call on her Apple Watch while doing the blood draw. Did not have items needed for blood draw in her tray and kept scrambling around for different items. When I called back a few days later nobody answers the phone and the VM is full...which seems to be a common theme after looking at other reviews to see if my experience was just a oneoff. Dr. was fine but everything else about this place is a mess. Too much job security here.
Major hoops to get a COVID test...You must first make a telehealth appointment for a typically walkin clinic.I signed in for a telehealth appointment and waited for over 30 minutes. During that time I missed a call from an unknown out of state number of course I didnt answer because the doctor could show up any time right? After waiting more I decide to return that missed callwhile still waiting on the telehealth system only to find it was someone from mercy calling to gather more information. Once I gave them the information they told me Id now be put back on the list with an indefinite wait time.Terrible system customer service terrible way to take care of a community.
Would put lower if I could. Took my kids here today with several symptoms. Paid for their visits out of pocket to see a doctor. They were given covid tests. Once finished a lady came in said they were all negative and asked if I had any questions. I told her yes I want to know what’s wrong with them because I didn’t suspect covid from the beginning. She said she could look at them but they probably just had summer colds. She made it sound like I was a problem for wanting to know why my kids are sick. Every time she looked in an ear or anything she would sigh and say it’s probably just a cold. You should just go get cold medicine. My son is super raspy sounding in his chest and still said he sounds clear. How do you listen and see kids look that miserable and not try to figure out why they are there? I wouldn’t recommend this place at all. Didn’t have a problem with anyone else in the building but her.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
