Dr. Manning was rushed and didn't have time to provide clarity or options. His nurses and office staff don't speak to each other so I had multiple calls and had to repeat myself over and over. When I wanted a call back, no one could find time. Everyone was confused and no one seemed to be reading from the same page of music.

Dr. Manning and his staff are wonderful. My daughter has not had any problems since he put in her ear tubes and removed her adenoids! He removed a bunch of ear wax from her ears yesterday and was so gentle and kind. If your kiddos are having a lot of ear infections go see him, he is great!

I trust Dr Manning completely. I feel he's very thorough. He's very honest in telling you about your diagnois. He put me in the hands of the best radiologist and chemo therapist back in 2011. Anytime some one asks me who I saw for my tonsil cancer, who they should see for any ear, nose, throat issues, my answer is always the same: Dr. Manning at Eears, Nose, Throat Center of the Ozarks.

Dr. Manning took time to listen to me, to explain things clearly, and to answer my questions. The next day I contacted his office with some follow-up questions. His nurse called back to let me know that she had received my message and would call me again with the answers to my questions, and she did. She was patient and explained things clearly, too.
