This lady is rude & arrogant.

THE WORST EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE!!! SHE SHOULD HAVE HER LICENSE TAKEN AWAY AND NEVER WORK WITH CHILDREN. SHE IS COLD HEARTED, UNPROFESSIONAL, UNINFORMATIVE, AND BASICALLY SHAMED ME AND TREATED ME AND MY SON (2 YR OLD) LIKE WE HAD A DISEASE AND WOULDNT COME NEAR US.... Let me tell you my story...I have been taking my son to a doctor that we loved but due to financial issues and separating from my husband we had to put my kids on AR Kids until May when my soon to be ex husband will be starting a job at JB Hunt as an engineer... so until then we have to switch PCP's and I thought I'd give her a try. We needed an OT script signed so he can start getting treatment and AR kids wont pay for it unless it's written by the PCP they have on file (which WAS her) so I made an appointment and here's what happened...They bring me and my son back, the nurse was not friendly and when working with children, esp. A young 2 year old, I'd expect a smile and some pep in your step. So she says, go ahead and sit down, I'm going to get his B.P., and I said "I have never had any other dr need that for my child at such a young age but okay", and I sit down with my son and she puts the B.P. cuff around his arm, not explaining to him what shes doing, not making it a fun experience, but DID tell me they NEVER really get it bc they squirm but shes going to try. Well, after about a minute and no reading bc my son was screaming bc this thing was squeezing his arm and it continued to get tighter and I said, "let's not do this, its not going to pick it up," and she didn't stop, well... then my son tried to pull it off himself and she GRABBED HIS FOREARM AND SHOVED IT DOWN INTO MY LAP! I ripped the B.P. cuff off my son and said, "we wont be doing anymore of that"... so, she takes us down the hall and puts us in a room. Asks some vague questions and then says that Dr. Anderson would be in shortly. Here is where some might disagree with me, but hear me out til the end. Dr: walks in, doesnt introduce herself just sits down.Me: Hi, my name is Allie and this is my son ---, nice to meet you. Dr.: where is his immunization records?Me: He has yet to be vaccinated.Dr.: (not even making eye contact with me) Well, has he even seen a real doctor? Me: absolutely, for every checkup at ----Dr.: Well, we do not take children who are not vaccinated, I dont know how you didn't know this. Me: well, I wanted to talk to you about that... (cut off by her)Dr.: (she finally looks at me) If you want to be in this practice I will need to first go and get all the vaccinations he needs, or you need to LEAVE. Me: (so caught off guard by the abrupt and demanding statement) I said we will not be doing that today. Dr.: Then you need to leave.Me: Well what do I do then? I cant get his OT script signed, this is important. What should I do? Where should I go?Dr.: goodluck finding a pediatric clinic that will take him, or even let you in the doors. I wouldnt of seen you if I would of known. And walked out.Me: gathering my stuff back into the diaper bag and getting my son (making sure he is very unaware of how we just got treated) walked out of the room. And Dr. Anderson was way down the hall, and with me never being in this office, then said, "how unprofessional are you, you didn't say bye, walked out, I've never been to this office, how to I get out?!" Dr.: (then points to exit down the hall)Me: "I have never been treated this way, you should be ashamed of yourself".Me: walk out into the waiting room, snatch all my paperwork off the clip board and toss it into the front desk area and say something along the lines of, "I am shocked, I cant believe how you just treated us".So here's the thing, I wanted to get information about vaccines! I WAS EXCITED ABOUT HEARING AND BEING EDUCATED ON which ones he would need first and so on... my sister is MILITARY, and they let her pick and choose and do an alternative schedule with vaccinations for her 2 children!!! I have talked to other doctors since and they said starting out at 2 1/2, YOU WOULD NEVER GIVE HIM SO MANY VACCINATIONS, it would be a HUGE SHOCK to his system!! Dr. Anderson came in judging ME, she came in SHAMING ME, she came in a treated us like we were UNTOUCHABLE!!! Nobody should ever have to feel the way she made me feel. I am so disappointed in Dr. Anderson and her staff! I am disgusted with the way she treated us and I dont EVER want anyone else to get BULLIED FROM DR. ANDERSON!DR. ANDERSON, I HOPE NO ONE FROM HERE ON OUT GETS BULLIED BY YOU, SHAMED BY YOU, AND MISTREATED BY YOU EVER AGAIN!! RETIRE BEFORE YOU HAVE MULTIPLE MISTREATMENT AND MALPRACTICE CASES AGAINST YOU!!! For as long as I live, I will never forget this horrific experience.

Have use Dr. Andersen for years, love that she listens to concerns and gives you great feedback on your child's health.

She sees both my kids and is wonderful

Dr Anderson is a good doctor, however the people at her office are very unpleasant and not accomodating. The nurse is rude and un friendly and the office staff is atrocious. They do not work with you financially and will not get you in to see the doctor for important sick visits in a timely fashion. Very unsatisfied.

After being with Dr. Anderson for a year she denied seeing my baby because I didn't want to wait till the next day she had availability to see my baby, I went to there urgent care and paid out of pocket. They sent me off and said the baby was fine. I went to the ER and she was diagnosed with pneumonia. They never contacted me and just sent me a certified letter via mail. Very unprofessional. Louis the manager did nothing about it and had a very horrible attitude and did not seem to care.

Very unprofessional careless about her patients concerns whatsoever I have never been in a doctor’s office that rude like her I would not call her a doctor!!

Women who always answers the phone is rude I'm just about Fed up it's time to search for a new Doctor for my kids

Dr Anderson has been my son's Dr since he was born. I trust her completely. She goes above and beyond. I'm very lucky to have her.
