Everyone that waited on me was very friendly. Dr. Haws made me feel really special. He didn't rush you through. He listened to every concern I had. I highly recommend this clinic to everyone.

Love Dr Hoods staff. I called very panicked about my insurance being inactive and possibly having covid. His front desk lady was able to calm me down and talk about my options. She called me back within 10 minutes and let me know I had Medicaid and Dr Hood was able to see me that day. She was so kind and I can’t say thank you enough. I love this clinic and all of the staff. Thank you Mana on Thompson. I’m a life long patient!

Dr. Haws and his staff are professional and responded quickly to my phone call. A video visit answered all my questions and I had my prescription within minutes. Impersonal care seems to be the standard these days, Dr. Haws and his staff are bucking this trend.
