Tried to call for a elderly woman with pain in both her knees swelling. YOU MUST GO ON INTERNET TO GET A TIME SLOT FOR AN IN PERSON VISIT????WHAT ARE YOU PEOPLE? JUST STUPID. OLDER PEOPLE IS STILL TRYING TO FIND OUT WHAT VR MEANS TO SCHEDULE AN APPR WITH AN ER CARE RIGHT NEXT TO HER HOME... HOW DARE YOU FORCE ELDERLY OR anyone to be upto date espe ially in arkansas. Very bad review please send me a message if i did not see this making an appt with a quik care location to avoid an emrgcy room at a hospital would of been more understandable she said! Shame on you for treating the citizen of nwa like this. Unexveptable! Our senior are a valuable comodity to no people from arkansas. Have some respect for your elders. Learn respect.

Stepped in here for a foot injury and inherited a migraine (not literally), in the process. PA on duty sees that foot swollen and injured, then releases me for next day of work. I went back in next day (surprise still cannot walk), and PA is hesitant to give me doc excuse, ended up fighting for it at the end. To add to, the fine old receptionist that requested my info (insurance/license) had more important business on her phone as she never updated anything. So I have to call someone with common sense (outside Springdale I am guessing), to correct as I was handed a full bill, (insurance info not updated) thanks to the great receptionist that failed the simplest of task. I will never see this place again, good luck to those of you that do.

Don't bother with MedExpress Springdale. We ended up going to the Hospital anyway with our daughter. The staff at MedExpress are totally inadequate. Never again, ever.

Says they do annual school physicals ON THE WEBSITE. And I get turned away because they don't do them. Get it together please

I walked into this walk-in clinic - there were no patients, no providers, and surprisingly, no front desk workers. There's a sign on the front desk with a number to call for appointments. The robot on the other end just tells you to go online. I was frustrated because at this point, I've been in this empty room for several minutes and still not any closer to seeing a doctor, so I say "hello??" Loud enough for someone to come to the desk. I ask if I can see a doctor and she also tells me to go online to book a slot. I look around to confirm that her and I are the only people in the room, and I ask her if there's a slot open right now, considering I'm the only patient. She gets impatient and says she doesn't know, I'll have to go online to check, because they have no one to work the desk. I left and just went to the place down the street. Wild to me to have an open clinic with no one working there. My assumption is that they don't pay enough to keep people at the desk, I can't think of another reason to be so detrimentally understaffed. It's difficult to trust your health to someone who can't keep an office running.

I'm not Luis, I'm Charles Clark, I was in the Springdale, AR medexpress Sunday and all my expectations were exceeded. Friendly front desk. Kind professional and friendly nurse that took my vitals and medical complaints. The Provider, D Spargo, knocked it out of the park. Was so thorough and genuinely caring. It was a joy to go there and the met my needs. Thankyou, Charles Clark
