From the time I requested an appointment online on a Sunday to the time I left their office on Monday morning, they were pleasant and helpful. Dr Poland takes her time to listen and ask questions.

Terrible customer service and does not have openings for sick child visits. Dr Angpolands nurse was extremely unprofessional when I tried to schedule a sick child visit and even hung up on me before scheduling the appointment.

Dr. Ang-Poland is a wonderful physician. From my first visit she was caring and compassionate to what I had been put through by my previous PCP. I was anxious and not sure I could ever trust another doctor again. I told her my former PCP just sent a FAX (yes, you read that correctly) that I had 30 days to find a new doctor. It stated I could see my doctor during that 30 day period, but that was untrue, I was not allowed to see or talk to her. After being a patient for almost a decade, I still, to this day have no idea why she abandoned me (knowing I have mental health issues that include severe abandonment issues). Dr. Ang-Poland listened and we went through all of my medical issues. She ordered any tests she felt were needed and updated all necessary prescriptions. She has been extremely kind and very professional every visit. She has a heart for her patients and truly wants to help them be the most healthy they can be. I am learning she is trustworthy and has far more integrity than my former “doctor”. I highly recommend Dr. Ang-Poland.

MyDr.Ang Poland is awesome everything else needs a lot of attention some nurses need to be a little nicer and the call center sucks and they need a lot of help up front
