These guys were so sweet and understanding I will definitely be using your facility again
Dr. Ang-Poland is such a caring doctor! She even called me with results, after hours, to make sure I knew what was going on with my blood work. She's amazing and I like how she takes the time to listen and hear what you have to say. Thanks!
Dr Mitchell was great. He took time to listen to me and not try to rush me out of his office.
Very friendly and very helpful with my health.
Very nice and personable. Spent plenty of time listening and explaining. Great staff too.
Dr Preston appeared rushed and put out to have to visit with me. I shared all of my medical history and he questioned it several times, as if he disagreed with another doctor's treatment plan. His bedside manner is less than stellar. Had I not been so sick, I would've left and gone to another urgent care clinic.
You now have to make an appointment, but I was accommodated the same day. Did not have to wait long to see the doctor. Dr. Preston is so nice, kind and thorough!
MD. Preston was very friendly and very helpful. Easy to talk to. His attitude is to help, Seemed very knowledgeable.I like him.
Best doctor in NWA!
I went to do a yearly physical examination with him. I spend most of my time at home this year and worry about my overall health. I ask whether I can get a comprehensive blood test for things such as vitamin D, red/white cell count, TSH, which I regularly do every year. I was told (quote the doctor): "You don't currently have any disease, if I order a test, then they (the insurance company) would ask me to pay for it" "Knowing those results would not influence your overall health." At the same time, my girlfriend who went there together with me get a much more comprehensive lab tests. We are both overall healthy.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
