I stayed here at Bentonville location in October 2018 for 3 days and 3 nights for a spider bite on my toe great great hospital and I had a iv meds help me feel better I had such great great care here thanks again
My wife was bitten by a spider last September. We spent two months going to other doctors and she just continued to get worse. We found Dr. Petrino because we were looking for a place that could offer my wife the hyperbaric treatments immediately, and Marcus made room for her. Thank You so much, Marcus! Revella is such a wealth of knowledge and so professional! She has been great every step of the way! Dr. Petrino is absolutely amazing! He is so gentle, professional, knowledgeable and funny that he just puts his patients at ease. I have a great appreciation for Dr.Petrino, both for his abilities, and as a person. Dr. Petrino, Revella, Marcus and Veronica have all been EXCELLENT to work with! They are professional, courteous, super knowledgeable and they are just great people! I cannot say enough about how much these people have meant to us while dealing with my wife’s health issues. Thanks to this team, my wife is on the road to recovery!
I gave birth pre-term at 35 weeks at Willow Creek and I could not have had a better labor and delivery experience. Each nurse, OB, lactation consultant and everyone at the hospital went above and beyond. Especially our nurse Dakota! During her 12 hour shift I went into labor and delivered our baby and she made our experience so smooth and joyful. I am overwhelmed with gratitude at how well our birth went. I can’t recommend Willow Creek enough!
A gynecologist won't see you unless you're pregnant, I went there with sever endometriosis pain and was told your issue is not going to justify even calling an ER gynecologist for you, all what we can do is give you a referral for one and you can try to get an appointment!
This hospital made surgery recovery easy. I was sad to leave behind the wonderful staff. I have never met an entire hospital staff so kind and caring. I traveled from Texas and had surgery there Nov 2nd. This hospital and their care have us seriously considering relocation to Arkansas. No better or more capable people exist!
Absolutely horrific, nurses n staff are helpful and friendly. But if you have Covid avoid at all costs. I can only speak of Rogers location. My son died here.
Dr. Brooks was fantastic! The labs took a little while to get back but other than that it was great!
I do not recommend the Siloam Springs hospital. I found them to be extremely incompetent with communication, even when speaking to heads of departments. We will not go back if at all possible.
Dr Brooke is one AMAZING Dr. he is super nice and sweet and makes my daughters visits to Siloam ER a lot smoother! Thank you for being a kid friendly Dr. ❤️
I was seen on Friday may 7th in springdale hospital, almost lost a kidney that was good. when my dr found out after I answered yes I use medical marijuana, this dr wouldn't help me. discrimination YES, he let me hurting. went to Washington Regional. I told them I do use medical marijuana, they helped me, thank god I have them. i found out i have severe arthritis in rt hip, they helped my pain asap, NO JUDGEMENT. I was addicted to pain meds but i felt like my leg was being cut off. why judge someone in pain cause they refuse opiates?!? 🤬🤬🤬🤬 ty Washington Regional medical center 💗💗💗
I was set to receive my second dose of Pfizer today through your facility. When I called for specifics as to where I should go at the hospital I was informed you have canceled this event without informing your patients that were previously scheduled since 3/25. I am currently on a monoclonal antibody treatment for an autoimmune disease and cannot receive my vaccine close to my monoclonal antibody infusion. When I was transferred to Frank in the pharmacy he was both VERy rude and also unhelpful. My second dose was supposed to be guaranteed. That’s a joke. There is no guarantee. Local news outlets and our governor has repeatedly stated that the state is having issues with people showing up for their second dose. I’m thinking the problem goes deeper than that. Why would you make it so difficult to receive vaccines during a global pandemic and with such public hesitancy to receive treatment? Northwest is a failure at providing proper healthcare and Frank deserves to be fired.
worst experience ever. we took my special needs uncle in and they admitted him but didn't have a room upstairs so they left him in the we and told us they would get him a regular bed so he would be more comfortable and it never happened all night was spent uncomfortable in a small bed then it took 45 minutes and 5 call lights and finally going to the nurse station to get someone to help to unhook him from all wires and finally go to bathroom. they told us noone was allowed to stay with him either. ok he has mental disabilities and I am his guardian and he isn't allowed to sign for himself because he doesn't understand procedures and meds. but y'all won't allow anyone to stay with him because of covid protocol. I would highly recommend going to any other hospital in nw arkansas. we won't make this mistake again. like I said worst experience ever.
Northwest medical keeps rejecting support staff at the University of Arkansas with authorization letters from their Covid vaccine appointments. This is unacceptable and immoral. It is hard enough to get an appointment anywhere much less be told that you are not going to be taken care of when you do. Fix it.
These people made a fake report attempting to hold me for 72 hours on ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. Best guess is they get more money for it. I legitimately FLED the place, had 4 officers make contact and then leave because they had nothing to charge me with and absolutely no reason to detain me. I will be filing a lawsuit against them, please do not go here. Any emergency services are better than that place. I went in with a toothache requesting a shot of numbing medication to help till my antibiotics kick in, and this is my story
Great doctors and compassionate staff. Trust them
Dr. Payne at.SS ER is so rude and i.heard him talk.abpit patients using their names. HIPAA violation for sure. Acts like everyone is a drug seeker. Sent me home a few days later was admitted with very low k+
Dr Lundy Colvert lacks patient skills , saw me from the door-way as he never even touched me on my medical issues with stomach. Stated nothing he could do as i needed to see a surgeon! Here i am throwing up and in very bad intestinal pain and at door-way stated im sending you home !!!! Very disturbing.
Horrible smells in the middle of the night smells like burning .. I was stuck in a room next to a tube drip unbelievable noisy all night long just fall asleep and I would be woke to what sounded like the ceiling was falling in how are you to get some rest? Ugh should not of come to this hospital! There is so much more I could report 🤬
I had both of my babies here. I loved my nurses they made me feel comfortable and made sure I had everything I needed. I appreciate everything they do definitely takes a loving/caring soul to do what they do.
Excellent staff/crew. Very friendly and helpful and caring.
