I don't understand why you major in a medical field and then don't take new patients that need your help? My husband has Dementia and you were referred, HIGHLY recommended. I called your office only to be told that you aren't taking patients with Dementia. Do you not think that they need help too?

Dr. Kaplan is great. I have been seeing him for a few years regarding an undiagnosed seizure disorder that so far no tests have provided a stimulus, but that is no fault of his. He has worked with me on all tests available, medication options, and a plan of where to go if I want to keep searching for the root cause. He is easy to talk to and relatable as well.

Very thorough. Friendly and has his patient’s interest as his highest priority . Dr. Kaplan always inquires about your general health issues as well as addressing the issue for which you are currently seeing him. I am a patient with at least 7 years of history with Dr. Kaplan

Dr Kaplan is extremely attentive to my disease and try’s to keep up on the latest that may be helpful. I drive an hour to see him for that reason.

I've been seeing Dr. Kaplan for several years, after being referred by my internist. Neurology is a difficult field, and trying to find a diagnosis usually means culling out what it ISN'T first. Testing can be unpleasant, but Dr. Kaplan is extremely gentle and asks continually if we need to stop. Nothing like experience elsewhere. I can't recommend him too highly.

Just the call to see if this doc takes Medicaid was horrible. The lady that answered the phone sounded like a ditz! She kept sayin ummmm and I simply asked if he was at the clinic to make sure I got the right number. When she said yes I asked if he accepted Medicaid. She said no. I then asked if there were any doc's I the clinic that do and she replies with "ummm I don't know" followed by "are you looking for a neurologist?" I said yes, she then says "well there's only two here and they both don't take Medicaid!" GET YOUR FACTS STRAIGHT AND KNOW WHAT INSURANCES YOUR DOCTORS TAK BEFORE YOU ANSWER PHONES!!!!!
