Got in and out quickly. Doctor has not renewed my medications yet as promised a week ago. was also supposed to get help with patient portal. cannot leave messages or communicate directly with doctor because of phone tree.

Excellent service, excellent personel, Doctor Allard has handled more than one broken bone and did great work both times.

This was the worst experience with a doctor I have ever had. He walked in the room, didn’t even introduce himself. He just said “I don’t think we are going to get along”. Would not refill anything for me (that I’ve been taking for years). Will never go back.

Doctor Kempson always makes me feel heard and validated, he never rushes me through my visits or seems distracted. Wouldn’t want anyone else for my primary!

Still sitting in waiting room 1.5 hours after appt. About to walk out. If I didn't need my meds I would. Some people work for a living. It's costing me to just sit here.
