Very unprofessional. Reschedule my appointment without me even knowing. Showed up the day of appointment and get told I don’t have one til a whole another month … mind you I’ve been waiting for this appointment for over 9 months !!!! Employees was very rude to me.

My granddaughter, and I, took my young great-grandson in for a walk-in visit. The front desk personnel and nurse were wonderful at their jobs! Our wait time before seeing the doctor was 15 minutes, or less, and he was incredible! He diagnosed our little man in a matter of minutes and assured us the problem wasn't serious.Medications were Escribed to our pharmacy.Overall, the appointment took approximately 30 minutes.My great grandson left happy, because the doctor gave him 2 toys for being such a good boy!I highly recommend Genesis Prime!I greatly appreciate their dedication to excellent health care!

The doctor is amazing. But getting someone to answer the phone for obgyn is dangerous near impossible

Tersa Miller is amazing. Her nurses aren’t so great. Always seems to be an issue with getting prescriptions correct.
