This is our preferred establishment to visit. After today and the horrible customer service from Teresa, the paramedic, it will be the last establishment we visit. If you feel the need to hold your finger up at an adult who is trying to explain what they need, you shouldn’t be dealing with the public. Very disrespectful. I will say, the lady that apologized about the situation was professional and kind.

Everyone is always professional and patients are seen promptly. They are very organized and things run smoothly. I haven’t been to another clinic in a few years now. If you haven’t been to Healthcare Express you need to try them for your next clinic visit.They are the best!!!

Just to let everyone know if you check in using Solv, you still have to check in at front desk. The app is very misleading in it says you are checking in. I sat in the waiting room 30 minutes and watched people go ahead of me that just walked in and finally decided to ask. So learn from my mistakes. Don’t assume the app checks you in.
