My primary referred me to Dr Chevalier because my mother died of skin cancer and I had radiation treatment for an eye melanoma three years ago. I have seen her twice. I found her to be very competent, thorough and responsive. Also friendly.

I have had several appointments with Dr. Chevalier over the years at Apex Dermatology in Littleton, CO. She explained my diagnosis and the treatment options available to me. She is not only knowledgeable and thorough, but I find her very personable.

I've seen Dr Chevalier a couple of times when the other primary doctor was booking out more than two months in the future. I felt rushed, talked down to, & like I was interrupting her from something else. My husband also did not like his visit with her. She gave me three names for surgeons for a cyst. I lost the paper, so when I called her office for the names again, I was given Dr Tello's name who is in the same Apex Group. When I called for an appt with her, I was told that she won't schedule consultations, only the surgery, and she is focusing on only cancer surgery. Lack of communication within the same group. Who would allow any surgery without meeting the surgeon first???
