Gina Mcnew's Online Review Report Card

Gina McNew is a fantastic Dr. Very caring.

While this doctor was kind, she diagnosed me with the wrong thing and ignored my answers to examination questions. This led to her scheduling a procedure for me that was entirely unnecessary (a simple blood test would have shown that the procedure was not needed). The procedure was not covered by insurance, either, which she did not warn me about. Pricey and unexpected bills can be a problem for people like me who don’t have a large income at the moment or a lot of money on hand. On top of that, another of the same procedure was scheduled. Thankfully, I canceled that appointment. In the end, the reason that I came in for the first appointment has been completely ignored and no real solution or diagnosis has been offered. As a patient, I am very displeased with the lack of care and communication from the doctor.

Abusive her and her managers don’t. Are about the law and the fact she attacked me this is a abusive nasty woman who shuns be in jail with her managers who never did anything about the attack

Doctor Mcnew is awesome, the staff however not so much. The receptionist is rude, lazy, and NEVER call back. When they do answer get ready for the attitude. My fiance's been going here for 3 years and they make him atleast 2 weeks late to get his prescription. This didnt start until a year and a half into going. (Its one that only works if you keep up with it 🙄). With covid going on we tried to understand but after a year and a half of this we just switched doctors after waiting almost an entire month now for his prescription. I dont reccomend this place at all. The one star is just for the fact that Dr. McNew is great. Zero stars for literally the rest of the staff.

I am a diabetic, Dr. McNew has been treating me for years. Lab work and reviewing my medications and looking at treatment moving forward. Adjusting medications when needed. Also reviewing my pain medication from previous back surgery. Very through.

Dr. McNew and Mandy are both sweet and understanding. Their staff however will be their downfall. Not only have I heard the receptionist and a nurse making fun of a patient on the phone and discussing that patients information loudly for the entire waiting room to hear. But, it took 3 weeks for them to respond to my request for an MRI by denying that they can refer me out for that because of my insurance..... knowing that sooner would’ve been helpful!! I was then pushed into pain management, which took another 3 weeks to get information on who that doctor would be. Each time I called the women (usually Brandy, Ashley) answering were rude and short with me. I will NEVER step foot back in that toxic office to waste my time.

Dr. Mcnew and her whole staff are awesome! Very thorough! I absolutely love her! There is so much I could say about this lady! She has done so much for me to not only get me better from my illness while at the same time is very positive and treats me like family. I can tell her ANYTHING without having one bit of embarrassment or feeling uncomfortable. Her and her staff are the best, hands down in my book!
