1. I was taken by work nurse for injury, I was in worse shape when I left. The dr cut a chunk out of my skin while changing the cast because he put it on wrong. My skin was left flapped over. No medicine for nausea after asking for it, they just let me vomit from the pain. The nurse said “here’s a puke bag.” 2. Had an allergic reaction, I just needed a shot. My eyes, nose were swollen. My face was swelling. I was struggling to breathe. My stomach, chest and back had swollen whelps all over. They gave me a shot, told me that I could leave. About two weeks later I was trying to pull my record to send to Aflac. The dr said I came in complaining of itching. The records were completely wrong.… More

Our nurse, Danielle, was the sweetest, funniest lady!! She check in multiple times on my boyfriend. Making him feel comfortable. She was cracking jokes with him. It was just an amazing experience having her as his nurse. You can tell she genuinely loves what she does, and I appreciated her so much

This was the best environment that is best for rehabilitation, I really enjoyed the people an how they made sure I was ready for my new life Mike, Abal, and the hole staff that I had were the best, they made sure I was able to do what I needed to do to survive

Our first visit to this hospital and left very disappointed. Only positive was my husband said the Doctor my son saw was nice. We ended up leaving before getting an X-ray. We waited for 3 hours... when we walked in there were 3 people in the waiting room. I’m thankful it wasn’t a true emergency!!

My daughter was in a car accident! The ambulance took her to BMH Crittenden. They put her in a room and just left her there for some hours. She called for a nurse twice! No nurse came to the room to see what she wanted! I wouldn’t recommend this hospital to anyone. At least act like you care!!!

I came in with an injury 2nd road rash, bruises/swelling down my entire left side, bruised ribs and abdomen from being thrown by a horse. Dr. Martinez prescribed Toradol but it was never administered. There was a shift change. After the shift change the order was cancelled by Dr. Locke. About 1.5 hours go by and I am receiving discharge papers. Dr. Locke never entered the room, he never accessed my injuries or pain. Dr. Locke never spoke to me. Instead he reviewed a chart and made a decision. My nurse, Tiffany, was stellar she spoke with him to see me. An hour goes by and he never showed. I leave shuffling down the corridor in tears and in pain. Patient Care is NOT what you will receive from Dr. Locke!! No wounds were bandaged or cleaned! I left as I came in. Seen April 5, 2021

The worst hospital don’t take your loved ones there!!! they misdiagnosed my mom she was having a stroke that they could’ve prevented!!! Shut this place down ASAP
