Often, Dr Banks-Giles keeps you in the waiting room for an hour or more for appointments. She consistently runs behind in appointments. This is unprofessional and particularly challenging for elderly patients with mobility issues. Messages left for her are often not returned for days and this is after follow up messages are left. It is understandable that she sees patients throughout the day, but she should be able to relay responses to her staff to call patients with the needed information. Suggest patients get a 2nd opinion for continuing issues/diagnosis.
