I’d I could give .1 of a star I would. He tried to bully me into getting treatments that I did not want for my kids. He refuses to give my son a referral for therapy, delaying his therapy treatment by 4 weeks until they can be seen. He was rude and gave me nothing. I’m contacting the medical board and anybody else I can call.

He has been my two son's pediatrician since birth their now 20 and 15 he's a awesome doctor.

He didn’t use glove while checking for labial adhesion on my two-year-old. He did nothing to ensure the comfort of my child or my family. He insisted that we undress her when it was clear that she was uncomfortable and he began the vaginal exam without permission and, I repeat, he didn’t use gloves!!!

Dr. Cowan is THE BEST! He has treated my granddaughter from her first infant visit, over 14 years ago. She LOVES him and is dreading her need to transition to a grown up Dr. If she had her way he would be her everything doc. He provides the best medical care and has a great love for what he does and the children and their care givers.

Dr. Cowan has been my son's pediatrician since birth and he is amazing. My son is now 4 years old and he absolutely adores Dr. Cowan. When he relocated to West Memphis, I didn't hesitate to run right behind him. He is irreplaceable.
