List of Amanda N. Iantosca's Reviews
My first appointment and it was absolutely horrible. She was aggressive, talked over me, twisted my words right in front of me, and tried to paint me as a pill abuser in my medical records. After 53 minutes of mostly her talking at me about how she can't oversee most of my medical care, she proceeded to tell me that you can't find and treat a diagnosis even in 10 visits...and then added two unnecessary and in accurate diagnosis to my records. I do not trust her. She didn't listen to anything I said. She refused to fill *any* of my current medications, these are things I take daily and need refilled due to my actual health issues. I am distraught at her additions to my records and very upset that she constantly twisted my words. She lacks empathy, she was rude and abrasive to my care coordinator, and basically spent the whole appointment telling me what she doesn't believe in and what she won't/can't do. Then told me to come back in five weeks. I will not be returning as I do not believe she is a capable physician.
I have finally found a doctor in whom I have complete trust. She listens, is practical and sensible, and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend her.
She should not work with the public. She's rude and abrasive. I was told about her prior to the visit by some of her prior patients but I went in with an open mind. But she's even worse than I was told. I can't believe anyone would hire her with all the bad reviews. Now I'm leaving one. Never going back.
She was my primary a couple years back at DFP in Dover,NH. Where she is a D.O. which is what I wanted I asked her about neck work, the answer was I don't have time for that. The overall experience was the arrogant attitude of folks from New York City followed her here, funny thing I went to make a second appt. several months later and found out she had left. I am sure hopefully her attitude changes but she wasn't for me.
I think she is an excellent doctor.
And if you disagree with her line of thinking, she then threatens to drop you. As it is I dropped her.
I have found her to be intelligent, knowledgable and willing to consider special circumstances. As a physician, she's obviously going to default to best practices and behave in an evidence-based manner (that's her job), but she listens more than most and actually considers the whole situation. She has my trust and respect!
Do not waste your time with this Doctor. Does not listen, does not care, dangerously dismissive
If you are looking for a doctor, don't waste your time with Dr. Iantosca. Does not listen, does not care about her patients well being in the least, extremely dismissive of any and all concerns. The other staff is rude and unprofessional as well. Horrible experience every time I have been there.
Gave her three tries and now I'm done. I don't think I've ever seen a provider that left this bad of a taste in my mouth. She is so dismissive, lacks empathy, is cold/robotic and difficult Every concern was approached with doubt and skepticism. Try cracking a smile and pretend just for a minute that you actually believe what your patient is telling you...

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
