A completely negligent doctor. Fails to listen. Shows up late to appointments. I once was vomiting right as he showed up because of my migraine and he didnt even care or do anything about it. Calling his office was useless and his assistants dont even keep proper records. Theyre just as incompetent as he is. They said if after 2 Botox treatments, it didnt work, I could stop, but they kept doing it. At my second Appt, I pointed to the parts of my head that hurt the most, and he punished me for touching my head by doing the injections super slowly. He had done it fast before. And he wouldnt even see me when I had a side effect of a droopy eye from the treatment.
Dr Reynolds is terrible. If you don’t mind waiting forever and spending 4 minutes with the doctor only for him not to be of any help at all. Do not go see him.
I was seen Jan. 22, 2020 by Dr. Reynolds at the River Road office. First impression was a cattle call and in such a hurry to process and get rid of. He said 2 condescending words and then dropped me as a patient by CERTIFIED MAIL. I picked up his evaluation and it is filled with lies and i think the whole tests were not even done right. For all the pain Im in, he didnt care and didnt even have the courage to defend his actions. Instead some scapegoat Ops mngr came out and lied to my face. Good riddance you coward Reynolds.
Dr Reynolds has been patient, knowledgeable and worked very hard to get my illness under control. He has been on call for the hospital and still took time to make sure I understand what I need to be doing to have a better quality of like. He has been very respectful and kind to me. I have been ill for the last 12 years so I have been and seen many doctors for other things and he and my PCP have been the best. Nest bedside manner. Have read many reviews and I feel sad for the people that havent had the same experience he has given me.
Im thoroughly disappointed in Dr. Reynolds right now. This is my second time needing to reschedule. Ive recently become homeless (temporarily thank goodness) and am clear on the opposite side of town... I cant remember why I had to reschedule before, but I dont ever reschedule appointments for shîts and giggles... I have a freaking brain tumor for crying out loud so Im not going to miss a neuro appointment for anything less than a dàmn good reason... I dont have the gas or the means to get to his office... And this doctor, this medical professional said he refuses to see me now because of needing to reschedule. SO WORD OF CAUTION TO POTENTIAL PATIENTS, be sure you dont ever have kids that get sick or end up suffering any sort of devastating life situation more than ONE TIME or else theyll drop you regardless of the seriousness of your neurological problem.
Dr. Adam Reynolds fought my insurance company to have an expensive DNA test proformed on my behalf. He has been my doctor for more than a year and has been both personable and professional from the beginning. I have PTSD and although he is a big man, he is caring and gentle. Sometimes I have problems relating information about my condition. Every time, I have had an appointment with him, Dr. Adam has listened attentively and provided time for me to explain myself. Something else, I have an attractive girlfriend and sometimes I get a bad vibe from male doctors when she accompanies me during my appointments. Dr. Adam was a gentleman the one time she came with me to see him. That meant a lot! She had questions for him as well, which he answered patiently. Finally, when he got my DNA results, he made many attempts to call and personally deliver the results. That meant a lot!!!
So sorry I did not do my research. I spent a lot of money seeing this Dr. and he might have said 15 words, no time spent explaining why my pain is so bad, why he is perscribing what he did, nor how this pharmecutical would work. Obviously I do not recommend Dr. Reynolds.
Dr. Reynolds spent little time with me, seemingly in a hurry with little time. He was rude and condescending and acted annoyed when I asked questions. His responses were quick and incomplete and he talked softly and rapidly, so was difficult to understand.
Dr Reynolds should not be teaching students, he set an awful example of how a doctor should be. He doesn’t have time for his patients, doesn’t read or relay test results that he ordered. Don’t even try to call and get through to his ma’s. Worst doctor I have ever met.
Inaccurate, careless practitioner Chart errors & medical conditions unable or unwilling to correct.
His staff is terrible, especially if you’re trying to get a message to dr Reynolds. Have tried calling and using the patient portal with no success. I guess having an ALS patient fall is not an issue for him. Wish there were other options Iin Tucson but have to see someone for long term insurance reasons. Has never been helpful with anything.
I saw Dr Reynolds the first time to talk about a nerve issue I was having. After waiting almost an hour for him to show up He listened impatiently and made faces like what I was saying made no sense to him. He then recommended an emg test and flew out the door with his team of future drs in tow. My husband made the comment, Boy he couldn’t wait to get out of here! The second time I had the displeasure of seeing Dr Reynolds & followers, was for the emg test. This was an unbelievable experience to say the least. Even tho the test is very painful with needles in my leg, He repeatedly sternly told me to relax. This dr has 0 personality. No bedside manner and very little patience. I will never waste my time on this Dr again. Save yourself the trouble.
Although I waited almost an hour in the examining room, Dr. Adams entered, introduced himself and listened to my issue. He did not seem rushed and asked additional questions to get details about what I was telling him. He also referred information on the questionaire that I had filled out at checkin. He had taken time before entering to review my previous testing results, examined physical aspects relating to my issue and provided diagnostic information explaining how he determined this diagnosis from other possibilities. He told me about a continuum of possible treatment options from simple lifestyle changes, treatments considered more eastern, dietary supplements, possible maintenance medication, to a more drastic prescription possibility including potential cons or side effects. He also ordered additional testing and had another staff member reiterate treatment options and provide related written information.
I read some of these reviews some positive some negative, my experience with Dr Reynolds was good. Dr Reynolds listened to what I had to say did a complete exam, ordered xrays and various other test. The staff was Amazing! The nurses were very supportive to my needs. I would highly recommend Dr Reynolds to my family and friends.
Arrogant, rude, abrupt. Interrupted me. Did not listen. Asked if I had questions while he was walking out the door. Did not explain his findings.
Spoke about his religious beliefs in a condescending way during appointment. The appointment was very important to me, although I could sense through his language he used our time as an opportunity to try and speak over my head for his own entertainment. His lack of professionalism and foolishness undermined his educational expertise. I do not suggest this doctor to anyone looking for a doctor who takes their patients health seriously.
