Very personable. Took her time, made me feel welcomed, and not rushed. She not only made me feel comfortable but, also educated me thoroughly. One of the best! Love that there are doctors like her!
I didn’t have an appointment and she and her staff were able to fit me in, I didn’t realize I had developed a case of shingles on my face and she helped me with that along with getting me into an ophthalmologist to make sure my vision hadn’t been harmed.. wonderful person and staff
Dr Thomas is terrific; kind and matter of fact. A true problem solver.
Dr Thomas is always professional and thorough. I have had a mole and some suspicious spots removed by her and have no scars she does excellent work! Staff is very pleasant and I never feel rushed by her. My only negative is that she would not take my husband on as a new patient and while I appreciate that she is busy but I have been her patient for many years and would think she could make an exception for my husband.
not going to her again
I found Dr. Thomas to be quite delightful. She was patient, listened to questions, and gave options and clearly explained them. I would highly recommend her to anyone!
Good doctor with nice staff but not the type of doctor you highly recommend to friends or cant give up. Shes professional enough but not super warm and there is definitely something lacking in her bedside manner. Trust her judgement though and think she knows her stuff. Impossible to get an appointment with her if anything is actually wrong; youll be seeing the PA but shes very good so not a big problem.
I have been a patient with Dr. Thomas for approximately two and half years. Dr. Thomas listens carefully to my concerns about skin cancer and is very thorough when scanning for possible signs of same. During my last visit, March 28, 2017, I expressed some concerns beyond the scope of the scheduled normal follow up visit. Dr. Thomas asked me to wait while she attended another patient then returned to comply with my request. I will highly recommend Dr. Thomas to family and friends.
I tried to call there to tell them I had to cancel a new patient appointment today and first of all, they didnt answer the phone until 11 after 8am so that was not very professional and when I mentioned that I was answered with a cold and unprofessional response. I could not get another new patient appointment until October so I will not be making another appointment with them. I do not appreciate being treated poorly because they dont turn their phone on, on time and then act snippy.
Called your office today and tried to schedule an appointment Heard very good recommendations about you but after the experience I just had where they would not schedule an appt with my insurance infoafter I told them Id be happy to pay and leave cc info I wont be referring anyone to you
My husband and I truly love seeing Dr. Thomas and her staff. They always treat us like old friends, and we never feel as though were being rushed. Weve recommended her to our closest friends, and now they love her as much as we do. We only wish we could find a primary care physician we care about and trust as much as we do Dr. Tracy Thomas.
a pleasure to meet and, I found Dr. Thomas very professional with an exceptional bedside manner, look forward to my next visit to her office.
Dr Tracy Thomas is really great and has a lovely manner. She is gracious and kind. The staff are very good. pleasant and efficient.
LIKE HER CONCERN ABOUT EVERY DETAIL. GAVE suggestions ON HOW TO TAKE BETTER CARE OF SKIN. VERY NICE STAFF. WILL BE BACK FOR FOLLOW UP. no clue why anyone would not want to go there. some people you can never please. life moves on and the sun will come up tomorrow.
...more interested in making $$$ than the well being of the patient. Doctors should be held accountable for the effectiveness of the services they provide. Why not... Most professionals in other occupations are
Terrible dermatologist! Ive seen her twice and will never return. First time I saw her for maybe 30 seconds before she gave me a prescription and left. Second time, misdiagnosed my issue then prescribed something else with horrible side effects. Failed to mention any of them. Very unfriendly as well. Needless to say Ive found another dermatologist and am very pleased. Avoid if possible.
After removal of a melanoma, I developed complications. Dr. Thomas freely gave of her time to take care of the wound, not trusting anyone else to change the dressing, even in the hospital. Dr. Thomas is probably the most caring and compassionate people I have ever met. I will not allow anyone else to treat me for skin issues. The comment by another reviewer said she was condescending...the reviewed must have been speaking about another doctor, not Dr. Thomas. Highest recommendations!!
I was more than pleased with my care I received from Dr. Thomas. She was respectful and listened to my concerns. She went out of her way to fit me in at the last minutes and even stayed after hours to do a necessary emergent procedure. I would strongly recommend her to anyone who wants a true professional who cares about the person.
I have been a patient of Dr Tracy L. Thomas for several years and have found her to be an outstanding dermatologist. She found and surgically treated two malignant moles on me two years in a row and treated me with utmost respect in a most professional manner. I give her a high rating with total confidence.
Dr Tracy Thomas was so condescending and uncaring that I was reduced to tears as she lectured me about what she doesnt do as a dermatologist. I previously had skin cancer and just found a new lump within the layers of my skin in the same area. The lump could best be felt by placing one finger in the mouth and using the thumb on the outside to feel the lump. She lectured me that she doesnt do inside the mouth, I should have made an appointment with an oral surgeon. What is even more appalling is that she watched another physician in her office remove a lump about a year prior. That surgeon removed the lump from the inside of my mouth because he felt it was closer to the surface inside of my mouth rather than from the cheek on the outside. Dr Thomas did not even take the time to find the lump, she just told me to see an oral surgeon. She is the first dermatologist that I have seen for skin cancer who refused to address a lump because it wasnt visible from the outside.
