I saw Dr. David Foy while he worked for DMG in April of 2022. I paid my bill in full before I left with my credit card (no insurance visit.) Six months later, I am still getting bills from DMG for that very visit. I've contacted them with the exact payment info and they cannot find any record of my payment. (I don't think they actually researched it as of course there would be a paper trail for the credit card charge.) I will be filing a report for medical billing malpractice as this is feeling fraudulent to me. DMG closed in August 2022. I do not know where he is working now.

I feel so fortunate to have found a physician like Dr. Foy. I’ve seen various doctors over the years, but after my first appointment with Dr. Foy, I knew I’d hit the jackpot and found a physician that I trusted and will stay with for as long as possible. Dr. Foy is patient, never hurries, sees patients timely, and treats you as if you’re his equal. He takes the time to listen to you and will answer your questions in a way that makes sense to those of us who’ve never been in medical school, and he does so with no judgment. Dr. Foy has a great bedside manner and I’ve been a patient of his long enough to absolutely trust him and his diagnoses and he has yet to fail me. If he ever leaves this practice, I will follow him wherever he goes. When I head to the doctor, I now feel like I’m catching up with an old friend and actually look forward to my appointments. Dr. Foy is everything that a doctor should be. I’m grateful to be a patient of his proud to call him my primary doctor.

Our whole family has been seen in the Peoria office for almost 6 years. We always see a NP and feel we are getting excellent care. The providers are well connected in the community and whenever we receive a referral, they not only choose someone they know is knowledgeable but also someone who will fit our personality.
