Dr Lott seemed very attentive and friendly when I first started seeing her a little over a year ago. Recently though, she doesn’t listen to my concerns and has provided no follow-up to a couple of unresolved medical issues that I have. Her attitude seems to be “the tests didn’t show anything, so just deal with it.” I also find it unsettling that she has never done a complete physical exam in the 18 months I’ve been a patient…I thought an annual wellness exam was a requirement of Medicare. I initially went to her because of the convenience of the office location, but I’m now searching for a new doctor.

Dr. Nagma Lott is a treasure: caring kind, thoroughly professional, brilliant, yet humble, sensitive and understanding. Yes very knowledgeable, explains thing well without over using medical nomenclature to the point of being confusing. I feel quite happy having her as my GP.

Her staff is inefficient and Dr. Lott has difficulty resolving personal issues patients have and quickly moves to terminate them as patients. I do not consider her a good geriatric provider. She appears to be narcissistic and unwilling to work with patient issues. Her unreasonable attitude has caused my family undue stress that is not appreciated.

Absolutely would and have recommended Dr Lott. She listens to me and answers all my questions. I was pleased with the virtual visit as well. She is always very professional gathers all pertinent information and makes sound recommendations for my medical issues. She then checks with me to make sure I am engaged in her recommended plan. Then she asks if I have any questions or concerns. I became a patient of Dr Lott in 2018 because of a recommendation from another one of her patients. I am happy I made her my primary care physician.

DR Lott takes care of all my medical issues which I consider to be minor. however, they could be very problematic if left unattended. I feel 100% confident to get the proper treatment that Dr Lott advises.
