For a place that’s not busy, twice I was made to wait an extended amount of time.The first time, I arrived before my scheduled appointment, and I waited after checking in. 45 minutes later, they called me up to tell me the MRI technician did not show up to work. They were calling someone in from another area and did not have a timeframe for their arrival. I left for work and rescheduled.I returned a few days later for my scheduled time. Arrived early, checked in, and waited. Almost two hours went by before they took me back for my MRI. While I waited, I had to ask why the delay and I was told they were just running behind.This place is horrible on time management and the employees don’t care about your time or schedule. Avoid it if you can.

Great service great people however.... Why is it $280 for a ultrasound paying cash but $680 billing my insurance. Feels like my insurance is getting Ripped off and I don't like it or understand it.

Very professional and compassionate. I didn't need to wait long before having my tests done. Staff was so kind and really took an interest in my comfort and communicated everything clearly before each procedure. I will continue to have my tests done at this location in the future. Very satisfied with the quality of overall service received at this location
