I can’t say enough good things about this clinic. It functions exactly the way it should be. It took longer to do the paperwork than to be examined and treated. I was seriously in and out in a half hour.The only reason this isn’t 5 stars is because of the website. I tried to check in online and it said there were 8 people ahead of me. I almost didn’t go because of that. When I got to the clinic there was only 1 person in front of me. I was so grateful.

The front office, and MA were very welcoming. I was a walk-in, which im very thankful they took me in. I waited for an hour and a half. I was then directed to my room, I waiting another 15mins. Which I'm okay with. I understand the medical field. The one thing that bothered me, was when I asked, what rx are you prescribing to my son? He then mentioned amoxicillin, okay my thought process is he didn't even bother looking at the chart. He is allergic to amoxicillin!!! He tried playing it off like this conversation didn't just happen. All I ask is for my provider(Dr. Robert Strong) to take the time, to look at the chart. See why I'm there and if the pt has any known allergies before coming into the room.

My wait time was short and the staff was helpful and kind. I’m happy to have the option of just dropping in to Nextcare rather than waiting for a doctor appointment.

I had a deep cut on my right thumb. I told them there was still gravel in there and they told me it was dry blood. Next day I change to new bandage and dug out another piece of gravel. I would not use the company again.

Great nurse and very fast and helpful of getting meds for a stubborn young teen that won’t swallow big antibiotics plus so gave him liquid form of antibiotics and took care of note for school too great service thank you all and have a blessed day!!! Stay safe everyone!!!

The receptionist was friendly and informative but the assistant who takes your vitals needs to be a better listner and not interupt when you are explaining why you are there. Her people skills are lacking, if you don't want to deal with people maybe a job change is in order. Don't go sniveling to management because you were corrected on poor behavior.
