Considerate, friendly, easy. Staff was really nice.
Fast,efficient, friendly
Even though it was a long wait to get an x-ray the people were very nice and they take a lot of abuse from a lot of these patients and I thought that was terrible so reward your staff pleaseGreat experience 2/17/22. Thank you ladies for a great prompt & kind appointment!
My experience was very good, i made my appointment on line and filled out the paperwork on line and only sat in the lobby for maybe 10 minutes as i was early
I went to the Apache Junction office for walk in XRays. I arrived at 12:20 After waiting as #2 in line for 15 min while the 2 receptionist did I’m not sure what I got checked in and was told it was a one hour and 30 min wait. There were 4 of us in the office waiting area. Every time i go there for their walk in x rays it’s an hour or longer wait no matter what the time is.They DON’T take appointments for any kind of X-rays. Just MRI, etc.they need a better system. And friendlier staff at the front desk.
Staff Was Wonderful , From Front Office Young Ladies & Back Office Xray Tech. It’s amazing how front office handled the rush hour. 8-9 people must of walked in at the same time. The only X-ray Or RT , was so polite, he obviously was slammed working solo, obviously. Great Great Service!!
I could not check in on lineTried several times.Long line to ckeck in. Very annoying.
The front receptionist was rude and tried charging me for my exam that was completely covered by insurance. She argued with me until I call my insurance company myself and gave her the info again that it was completely covered. Be careful. This seems to be their practice charging you when they shouldn't.The xray tech was great. He got me back in the time I was quoted and did my exam efficiently. Very pleasant helping me.
This is going to be LONG... I had a 9:30 MRI confirmed with a text message on my phone. I arrived at 9am and had to wait. I checked in at 9:13 and was informed I didn't have an appointment. They informed me that the earliest available DATE was on 2/28/22, 14 day later. I showed my confirmation and she said " "You should have booked you appointment by phone not computer". I said your phone number said to use your website. She just repeated the call comment again. I told her this was not acceptable and asked to speak to the office manager. The office manager named Yesenia then looked at me and LIED. She said we tried to call you and you didn't answer so we let you a voicemail message. Duh! Bad move I had my phone with me and so I opened my phone app and checked all my voicemail messages, and guess what? NO MESSAGE Then I showed her my voicemail message list on my phone. I don't delete any of my voicemail messages (I get about 2 a month) so again I showed proof, but no change in attitude. Now they make me a 10:30 appointment for later that day.. Time passes 10:30, 11:30, 12:00 .. by now I am seeing people who arrived after me going back for MRI's so I ask the manager, When can I expect to go back for my MRI? She doesn't know as I don't have an appointment. Now I am upset so I ask for a corporate phone number, and her name. She gives me the Compliance Department number, and her name, I call and talk to Larry ( This man is one of the nicest, most helpful, people I have ever talked to on the phone. He deserves a raise and promotion if possible). He was wonderful. By know, I am out in my vehicle because my phone at this point is dying, so I had to charge it while I am talking to Larry. He checks and confirms I do have an appointment. He then gets InTouch with the Reginal Manager LESLEY(sp) and comes back to me and says " She called the Apache Junction office and they would be taking you back next !!!! " Thank you Lesley and Thank you Larry because I could not get the staff to tell me when I would be getting my MRI. They just kept saying " We don't know. We are fully booked today. You don't have an appoint and will have to wait, as we are fitting you in". UNBELIEVEABLE attitude. They totally ignored the fact that I showed them my confirmation text from Simon Med. And continued to say you Don't have any appointment !!! Yes, (Thanks to Larry and Lesley) I did finally get in for my MRI although 3 1/2 hours late. Before I retired I spent over 10 years as a customer service consultant. My job was to analyze CS departments and staff. I know, right now, staffing can be hard due to the government essentially paying people not to work. But, If I were to analyze the AJ office I would give them an F (dismiss) and recommend that they start over fresh and train them properly. How can you possibly totally ignore a documented confirmed patient because you ( staff ) did not personally book the appointment. When the Company you work for, Simon Med's, phone system say to book online. How can you tolerate an office manager saying to a patient "We called and left a message" when I proved there was no message on my voicemail account. And lastly how can you tolerate the entire staff saying you will just have to wait all day and we don't know if you will get the MRI when I have a confirmation text confirming my appointment. Thank you Larry in Compliance and Regional Manager Lesley for saving my day. You two were the best. Sorry, but that the truth and I am concerned others may become victims of this misguided uncaring staff in the Apache Junction, AZ office. If you book online you better confirm by phone if you can get them to answer.
I really couldn't bring myself to give this place a star but you can't give zero star. This place is full of incompetent people especially the front desk who are supposedly the representatives of this establishment. My husband had an appointment at 8:30am, I pre-registered online the day before and uploaded the ID and insurance card. It was stated on the website that the registration is complete and that when we arrive in the facility, we just have to let them know that we're in the building. When we got there, there's a long line for check in so I went to the receptionist to let her know that we're in. She told me that we still have to be in line to check in so we did. At 10:45, we were still waiting so I asked the receptionist what is the hold up, she said she is verifying the insurance still so who knows when they are gonna get through. This is a prime example of disorganization within their process. If I gave them all the information they need to verify all of this before we went for an appointment we wouldn't have to wait forever. What is the point of pre-registering and wasting my time? I had to call my husband's GI doctor to send the appointment to another place because I don't have confidence that they will do the job correctly. They cannot even get their process down. I had the doctor sent the order to Arizona Diagnostics who's got their act together.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
