Waited over 6 weeks for the appointment. When the time came Dr Joel stood outside working on a different case dictating notes and sent in his freshly graduated understudy. When I knew I would be dealt by the intern resident I specifically asked the Dr to see me.Interestingly the recommendations from the resident were a complete 180 from what the Dr recommended. If I had walked away with the residents recommendations I probably would have gone home with the wrong treatment.

Called in and they dont even take medicaid at first youd think okay that must be because the medicaid doesnt cover for whatever reason but no upon further research the reason they deny you medical help is due to profit they dont get high enough amount of money so they decline you outright. Medical help <profit apparently no matter what it seems

Im 21 and writing a medical review I got a circumcision from Dr Joel on the 13th.For the majority of my familys life they have seen and been with doctors I gotta say I kind of feel guilty for seeing such a great doctor myself when its my turn to see a doctor lol.Incredibly helpful did better then needed. Respects patients and answers questions without causing fear yet still giving the answer correctly.Not enough words to say to about him on here but just know my gf is also pleased with how my thing looks.

I have been Dr. Joels patient for about twelve years. I have one hundred percent confidence in him. I have an ongoing kidney issue and have had multiple procedures performed by him. I never worry because I know that I am in the best hands. Dr. Joel is proficient in his work from explaining what he needs to do and carrying out his plan in the operating room.

Can’t say enough good things about Dr. Joel. I’ve seen countless doctors of many specialities and he tops every one. He’s very professional. He never makes you feel like you’re on your own in anything you’re experiencing. He carefully listens answers every question you have and absolutely makes sure you understand the plan he has for you and condition that you have. He listens to your concerns and desires and makes a plan for that. You’re not a test subject but a person he wants to have a quality of life. Over the years I’ve learned to asked questions instead of just saying “Okay sure” to doctors because they don’t always have your best interest in mind. I’ve never felt unwelcomed or that a question I asked was stupid. He wants to help he loves his job.

Dr. Andrew Joel in addition to being an excellent specialist with obviously huge experience and knowledge is also amazing human being with bedside manners that are these days very hard to come by. Compassionate does not rush you does listen to what you have to say or ask. I would always recommend him to whomever needs an urologist.
