Visited the Arlington office and had such a pleasant experience (for having to have dental work done 🙃). The front desk ladies were helpful and kind and Dr. Arzadon was knowledgeable and soothed my nerves. I know where I'll be going if I need to have any major dental work done.

Dr. Arzadon and his patient coordinator team Millie, Geraldine and Leonel—together with his surgical assistants, Lexy and Mike, undertook an extraction, a sinus graft and placement of two implants. The work was exemplary and professional and I would recommend them without reservation. I was grateful that I was given the option of avoiding general sedation and remained alert and awake throughout the procedures and felt no pain. Their was minimal discomfort during the post surgical healing and my natural smile quickly returned. The recommendation of a homeopathic cream to minimize swelling and quickly eliminate bruising was an unexpected blessing.

Professional, Caring, HONEST, and straight forward. Have always received 5-star treatment from Dr. Arzadon & his team! I’m definitely a client for life!

Dr. Arzadon removed my wisdom teeth with skill and care, I barely felt a thing. Max was thoughtful, attentive, and helpful, as were all the other members of the office staff. If I were ever to need oral surgery again I would certainly choose Dr Arzadon.

I just had a tooth removed and after a complication 2 days later causing horrific pain, the doctor refused to respond or talk to me and told his staff to tell me he was out of town and I could make an appointment when he’s back (3 days later!). Unbelievably horrible service like I’ve never experienced in my life. Now I’ll have to pay additional for an urgent care visit if I want to be treated appropriately.

I absolutely love this practice! Maria is by far the nicest person I have ever met. She makes scheduling and checkouts a breeze! Then there is Jackie, I adore her! Highly recommend her for any of your spa needs. Dr. Arzadon is the most organized and professional oral surgeon I have ever met. He is very honest and will not do unnecessary treatment. He makes you feel very at ease when in his chair. His clinical staff goes above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable!

Dr. Arzadon extracted 5 of my teeth at the end of November 2020, and told me that he will do implant for me in two weeks. When I visited him after two weeks, he told me he couldn't do it and suggested to do it in January 2021. However, he asked me to re-visit him again in another two weeks. When I visited him the 3rd time at the end of December 2020, he told me I am not qualified to do the implant because of gum disease. But the fact is that, he knew my gum disease at the very beginning when I did the consultation with him with full-set of X-Ray image report. During my second visit, he told me that he will not do the 3-D scan because he can't do the implant for me, but he instructed his staff did the 3-D scan for me anyway and charged me $417, which is useless since he will not do the implant for me after all. Also I had to pay him for the consultation fee that should be covered by my dental insurance, because his office provided wrong charge code and refused to correct it. The most frustrated thing with Dr Arzadon is that what he told you will NOT what he will do. Same thing happens for their billing.

Dr. Arzadon and the office staff/nurses were just great. Caring and professional. Everything went very smoothly.

Dr. Arzadon is a pleasant man and his work was well-done. However, though I repeatedly insisted that I needed a list of proposed work to be done with the costs listed according to what the insurance would cover and what I would be required to cover, I was repeatedly denied this. When I finally was told that insurance would cover a specific amount of the procedure, and I was told they had contacted my insurance company to verify that amount, I learned only after the procedure was done and the full amount of the procedure was due that my insurance did not cover that work at all. My insurance company told me that no one from this office contacted them at all - ever. In essence, I was lied to. As I said the work was well-done, but I refuse to give business to places that engage such unethical practices. And I urge those who do go to make sure that they do what they are claiming. Verify by calling your insurance company before you are charged or any work is done. Lesson learned for me.
