The staff has been friendly and helpful while being responsive to my needs. Dr. Butler spends time reviewing the disease and treatment options. His communication skills are excellent. My procedure was almost painless and the outcome was good.

Always professional and courteous service provided by the staff and all the doctors. The facility is always clean and up to par. I have never had to wait longer than 5 minutes to get called to the back and placed in a room to see the doctor. And within 5 minutes the doctor is in to see me and always go over my past visit to relate to what is going on with me at the current visit. They are always concerned not only about my care with their practice, but how it relates to all my other physicians that I see as well and what they are doing for me for my overall well being.

Dr Butler took time to explain the problem asking about symptoms providing answers to my questions and possibly solutions and outcomes. Very pleased with staff.

Everyone is professional and will work with you. They are flexible with your situation. Dr. Butler listens to you, gives you options and trust. I've been going to Regency for years... I like Dr. Butler and his team. They are pleasant and will help you and are courteous. One concern is LOTS of waiting!! I know Dr Butler is very busy and is very thorough, but it goes both ways. So, you end up waiting in the lobby and in the exam rooms. I prepare myself for that though, and Dr. Butler is well worth the wait. I have a suggestion though. Please play different programing on that big, beautiful television, a variety of programs would help. Otherwise, I wouldn't change ANYTHING about Regency. Their therapy room is top rate from what I can tell. Their exam rooms, etc. are kept clean and laid out quite well. I don't fear COVID, like I do with other places. Regency is awesome!!! Thank you!

If you want someone that will take the time and listen too you than select Dr. Jason Butler. Everything about Regency Pain& Cardiac therapy is integral. Dr. Butler has gone over,above and beyond the scope of any other practice too care for me. I have had right knee replacement. I didn't expect the pain after the surgery to be so severe. Dr. Butler and his staff have done everything to help me through the healing process after this type of surgery. I am most appreciative for the kindness and respect I am given as a patient. It is especially important for people who suffer Chronic pain conditions not to feel like they are being judged or stereotyped. Unfortunately this happens. At this practice ,you will never feel that way.They will work together with you as a team to help you decide what is the best course of action to take regarding treatment. Furthermore, They will not do what you don't need or something that will cause you harm in the long run .Dr. Butler truly cares about me as a human being not just a patient.I respect this man to the utmost. The steps of a righteous man are ordered by the Lord. I am so grateful my steps were led to Dr. Butler.

The staff was courteous and the doctor was a good listener. I believe that we have a plan. I’ll really have to wait and see if I get called by the X-ray and MRI CLINICS And then where we’ll go from there. The fact that I had to wait more than an hour to be seen makes me unable to give a perfect review
