BLINDSIDED BY BILLING I offered to pay my copay- said none...now I get a bill and Heidi in the billing department thinks its funny. Heidi also says THAT HEART PLACE does not have the time to verify what is covered by the insurance...BEWARE...THIS PROCEDURE WAS DIAGNOSTIC AND NOT NECESSARY!!!!!

Previously, my experiences with Dr. Teng were disappointing. He tends to be knowledgeable and precise, but brusque and easily annoyed by questions. So for this visit, I told my wife that if it was the same, we would find a new cardiologist and clinic. So I entered with low expectations and with the feeling that this would be my last visit. However, Dr. Teng was pleasant, cordial, and took time to explain everything to my satisfaction. I was very pleased. He has made a distinct effort to improve his rapport with his clientele. I made the next set of appointments with pleasure.

My review is regarding Dr Teng. The office itself is a pleasant place, and I have had no bad staff interactions.All of my visits over the last 4.5 years have shown me that Dr Teng is dismissive and uncaring. Not just in his manner, but in his treatment. Don't dare ask a question! Don't dare say how you feel (emotionally). Don't dare have a heart attack after you've seen him, even after doing everything he said. I'm an otherwise healthy, active, slim 55 year old with no underlying health conditions other than a keen mind and a desire to continue to be healthy and educated about my condition. I guess Dr Teng just likes patients who nod their heads and have no questions. I am finding another cardiologist. I'm sure he will not miss me.

Not great. Rushed through like a cattle call. Didn't feel like I even got time with the doctor to discuss my issues.

it's very clean everyone is very professional, I don't wish that anyone has to visit a heart doctor, but if you do...visit the HEARTPLACE
